Looks like their time is WAY more important than my time. Follow up "virtual" visit may be the last time I do anything with this place. I have been on "hold" for 1.5 hours after the start time for the follow up appointment and no one has even acknowledged that I am here for the appointment. What a joke. When I called the office the rude receptionist stated that they were backed up. An hour and half? Really?
