Most of the residents in this park are friendly and courteous. Tha management is so far below the level of acceptable. They are great at sending out your invoice and collecting your check. Otherwise, don't count on them to take care of anything that needs their handling. They are useless. Terrible management. Previous mgr Michelle was great, and tried very hard to represent the residents here, only to receive no support from the management. If your looking at a unit to buy here, I would recommend you keep looking.
This used to be a 55 and older mobile park until new owners took over. Now it's mostly seniors still but new tenants don't have to be 55+ anymore and the space rent is $700 a month, plus water and garbage!! It's still a pretty good little community but the landscape guy will steal everything in your shed if he gets a chance to do your yard and gain your trust. Besides that, it's still a very quiet park and a lot of the residents are friends with one another and will keep an eye on any suspicious activity for each other.
Mechelle was the most amazing person to work with. She went above and beyond to help us out, answering every question and providing more information that I didn’t even think of asking. I’ve worked with other property management companies in the area that asked inconvenienced by your presence and some that don’t even return calls. That said, once again, Mechelle was AMAZING, and so helpful!!

It's unfortunate to read the previous reviews as I don't find them accurate at all. I visited Central Rogue and this community last month while on a work trip and I found this park to be super cute! It's easy to find. Located behind a bank so you don't have to worry about loud noise from the neighbors. The town of Central Rogue is absolutely charming! It has an old town feel to it - with a General Store, coffee shop, library, hardware, florist, etc located walking distance from this community. At the one stop light in town, directly across is a beautiful bridge, which offers lots of hiking and bike trails. I took some photos as I went through the park. The landscaping was just gorgeous!
