worst property management i’ve came across, signed a lease for a year & regret it. i have to constantly beg for things to get fixed or even to have them acknowledge my concerns , apartment isn’t in the best condition for a one bedroom that’s 975 a month that i pay water for & i don’t even have a ac unit. bob the landlord feels his renters have to go through third parties to even speak to him instead of having the conversation directly , highly disappointed

The staff there are real good they will work with you if you are trying to get an apartment I recommend central cal Management

They made the process so smooth, being able to view the property before applying and communicating with me with any issue on verifying any documents sumbitted, making it manageable and easy to move in. Very nice people

The Most helpful and kind people I have ever met. They were life savers literally.. the experience was very easy and stress-free we were in our home in no time. I would highly recommend them to our friends and family

They were nice people inside the office. But some of the houses were not cleaned before allowing the public to view. The houses smelled old and were not presentable at the time of viewing.

Although I am waiting to hear back on an apartment, Tanya is very knowledgeable if what is available or upcoming. She gives hope to trying situations with her encouragement and kindness!

Customer service was excellent 100%. Tanya and the other lady were very helpful and always making sure we were doing fine or if we had any issues with our apartment. It was always nice to see Tanya since the other lady wasn’t working there anymore.

Central Cal management went out on a limb for me and rented me an apartment for me to call home. Paying rent and the renters insurance was easy online. They got ahead of Maintenance and anytime I requested something it got done right away. Everybody in the office is nice and when I moved out getting my deposit was dropped right in my bank account.

They come into your apartments like they are doing a prison cell search! They say they are there for changing alarms and then look for things to use against you when you put in maintenance requests. Bob the owner is a horrible rude man.

OH MY GOSH! When I tell you this entire management went above and beyond to get my family in the door, DESPITE POOR CREDIT, I cannot give enough 'Thank Yous' to them! We had been desperately trying to relocate and so many other property managements out here were denying us based on our credit even when we had the money to afford the places offered. I thought this management would be no different, BUT THEY WERE! My family's credit was emerging so that was a major roadblock in getting into the door anywhere, so that was our first test of faith. Seeing if they would allow us entry based off that alone and if not, would a double deposit be accepted at all. As many places didn't do that below a certain credit point. Since I was starting a new job in a couple weeks with no immediate paycheck and they said I had to be working first, I thought my chances were over. Surely they wouldn't wait that long for one applicant? I get a text from the manager about a week later inquiring if I was still interested in the property and if I had received the paycheck needed for the income. I was like, "Wait? We're still in the running for this place? They haven't moved on to another applicant yet?" I was like "Okay! Shoot! Lets do this then!" Since our credit was the biggest hurdle to get through, (or so we thought at the time) I explained our situation to the manager and he was kind enough to run our credit first. Seeing as that was the biggest roadblock for us at the time. Sure enough, it didn't meet the requirements. But then they said that a double security deposit could be given in place of the credit issue! I was like "Okay then!" And thankfully we had the amount needed. So we thought we were good. Heh. No, we were not. Since the manager had been kind enough to run our credit even though they usually needed all of my employment history first, I still needed that employment verification history. When I tell you that took more than a smile just to obtain...I was ready to pull my hair out! But the whole management hanged in there with me once again! Once my employment and financial verification finally cleared, we thought could breathe easy. We had already been stressed about the last two phases of this process. Why should the third phase be any easier? The rental verification phase. By the end of that phase I was ready to go cry in a corner somewhere! When I tell you the last place we rented from just REFUSED TO COOPERATE in a timely fashion and held everyone up, including the management--who was calling this place as much as we were--I thought for sure that this management was done. They would have to be right? And I wouldn't be upset at all because they had stuck by my family this far. I'd understand if they just couldn't anymore. Surely you're not going to take close to a MONTH at this point to still be working with this same applicant? BUT THEY DID. By the end of the entire experience I was so exhausted and fed up. I asked some questions in regard to our rental history that could hopefully work and the staff said they would ask the manager. Regarding our situation we get a text stating that we had been approved for the apartment! I was so full of joy and frustration I almost cried! The entire process was an uphill battle but we finally had a chance given to us! Cal Central Management is one with grit, tenacity, and patience! I thank my Most High for showing favor upon us as a family and using Cal Central Management as a blessing for us, because they certainly are worth every good review given to them! I can name off a few property managements I feel that wouldn't have given us a second thought, but that's neither here nor there. If you want a FAIR SHOT at a place, please, please, please, come here! Cal Central Management will work with you! But you must put in your efforts too! Thank you Cal Central Management!
