Excellent, fast service.

I have brought two phone here in the last week. He has repaired them both with less than a three hour turn around. He is incredibly friendly and does great work. Highly recommend.

Came in to fix my earpiece on iPhone X. He cleaned it and didn’t charge me. It’s nice and clear now . Really great service highly recommend. Guy look like he should work in gym but he is really great with cellphones

Came here to change my really scratched up iPhone 12 screen. Really cheap and plus i get to keep my original apple display. Highly recommend this shop.

Mo was super helpful with my busted iPhone 11 Pro screen and guided me to what he recommended to replace it. Done in a couple of hours and works like new. Great service and definitely recommend!

Quick and friendly service, Mo the owner is my iphone saver! Had an iPhone 11 which suddenly froze than shut off and never turned back on. I haven’t yet backed up any of my data including contacts & photos. Brought it into two separate apple stores to see if they can at least help retrieve all my photos but after they tried to connect it to their laptop and my device was undetected by iTunes, apple tech said there was nothing they can do and that my only option was to get a new phone. Determined there must be a way, I stumbled upon Cell Cafe Phone Repair. Dropped off my phone in the afternoon and by evening Mo gave me a call to let me my phone was fixed! My only hope was to retrieve all the unbacked up photos but he was able to give me back a fully functional phone with all my data intact. Highly recommended!

Was very helpful. Helped my girlfriend fix her headphone jack. It was dirty so he cleaned it up in less then 5 min and handed it back to us. Great service

I had two phone with water damage from trips that I wished to get the photos off of. This lead me to look for a phone repair shop. I stumbled along this store while looking at reviews and what I was able to transit too. First contact was amazing! I called in and was answered by the owner and told to drop my phone off the next day. I explained my situation they said they would do what they could after opening up the phone and seeing what the damage was. Then gave me a quote of 70 dollars if he could get the photos from either phone. No charge if he could not get them off. The next day I was met by great news of having one of my phones in working order again. Sadly the other was damaged by salt water and was totally destroyed. My charge actually only ended up being 50 so I appreciate the fact it was less compared to more then the quote. So many times have I gotten a quote and it ended up being addiontional fees and expenses. What is great about this store is the owner does not mind taking on projects and explaining what happened or what he can see happened to your device. I think this is a great sign of good business and a place worth supporting. Honest work honest pay!

If you're unfortunate to have a damaged phone, don't be dismayed because Moe at Cell Care does an excellent repair job! I smashed my OnePlus 7 Pro screen with a car door which cracked the glass screen and caused the LED display to be distorted. I live in Richmond and decided to get the screen fixed at Cell Care on Main after reading some of their reviews. Cell Care did NOT disappoint! Moe is thorough in his work and he kept me up to date with the repair progress. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service!
