so heres a story:
me, my brother and my mums friend was taking us out to dinner here,
and we ordered a bowl of noodles, karaage, karaage and rice, gyoza, french fries, a coke and 2 ramunes.
first of all: our food takes FOREVER to come and we have to go up to the register and REMIND them of our order!
they bring us our drinks ( finally ) but heres the worst part of them all:
THE FOOD.
my brothers karaage and rice comes, and the rice is cold and revolting, like something you undercooked then left in the fridge for an hour!
and his karaage was really really pink.
then my mums friend ( chris ) gets his noodles and the soups lukewarm and not even hot!
and guess what?
the lady that gave him his noodles had her finger in the bowl when she served him!
AND ALSO, THE MEAT SERVINGS ARE TERRIBLE.
the meat in the noodles was a tiny tiny piece!
the best part was the actual karaage but it was still terrible quality, especially considering we are paying MONEY for this.
also, when we left to top it off you could hear the loud smoke alarm from the kitchen.
1/5, would not go again.

Food very quick to arrive, but that’s the entirety of the two stars. Food was mediocre at best, ramen portion was the smallest I’ve seen at a restaurant. Dan dan ramen did not even have a piece of meat, and Akira ramen only had a small slither of pork belly. Waiter did not talk to us once.
We have had a fair bit of ramen and around from many different places along along way. We had the miso vegetable ramen, extra egg and extra noodle...hey...who can not enjoy a bit extra in noodle and egg department...for me..I love a good egg in my ramen. The flavour..8 out of 10...was really good and really hard for me to add a rating of 8 out of 10 but it was good flavour..and just that little bit of spice and the back of the mouth soon after you finish your broth..yum..all the warm feels..
Reasonable price, we small restaurant but turn around was good..people line up out the door..you order at your table and they serve quickly, not unusual for this part of town..in and out...overall experience..great. we will be back. Thankyou akira and your team, fantastic friendly nice and really quite sweet little place. 😊

One of worst Raman I had, the reason I was there , I don't need to queue up like the other. Lesson learnt. 2 star as service is not bad.
Food was great! But the vibe was interesting!
Me and my partner orders Tantan Man and Spicy Miso ramen, both are very yummy, but the whole time we feel like something is mising, then we realised it's the UNIFORM!!
the staff here don't wear uniform or hat or apron like all the other Japanese restaurants do, also at some point they played some English pop music, which was bit distracting.

Love the charshu pork ramen, soup was really nice especially with the garlic oil sauce. Eggs are cold but taste fine
marinated egg is beautiful, great food and service. Ramen delivered quite fast but chicken not.
