After five good experiences/trips with CBA Transfers, we are a little disappointed after the last trip. As usual, we had been told which driver would pick us up, the car model and its registration number. However, that car never turned up ..... instead a taxi (with the taxi sign off) arrived a few minutes late. The driver couldn't really speak English, so we couldn't get any explanation as to why it was him, and not the driver and car we had been told was coming.
The journey to the airport was with some loud dance/techno music (5am) and a switched off or non-functioning air conditioning - not the best experience. My complaint is not so much the music and the lack of air conditioning, but the fact that we were not informed that we would be picked up by a taxi instead of the stated driver and car was disappointing - you must do better next time!

Clients always want drivers to arrive on time. When they arrive on time two minutes late there is always a problem with something else. We do our job to the fullest and we dedicate the best to our clients, but clients sometimes do not understand that at the last minute there may be reasons why we will have to make changes in sending a vehicle to take the client to the airport or home, that is our priority, but sometimes it happens that at the last minute we will have to look for vehicles from other companies because there has been a problem with the driver assigned to you. This can happen in this company and in any other company. If you want, please send me the reservation number privately so I can find which driver took you that day and take action, thank you.
