Best experience at a vet I've ever had. They were funny compassionate and caring. Dr. Jenny is VERY knowledgeable with what she does, and the two ladies who did bloodwork on Cloudy were absolutely amazing and quelled my worries instantly. Prices are the most reasonable I've ever experienced at a vet. Thank you Cats on Broadway :).
We're happy hear that you enjoyed your experience at our clinic! Thank you for your positive feedback!

Took our ailing cat in on an appointment and Dr. Jenny saw him and administered first aid and gave him his due boosters. She's always good with our animals.
Very sincere about my family of cats suddenly dying one by one. They hooked me up with a autopsy to find out what killed my family of cats. They helped me save 2 kittens. I wish I was able to get help earlier.
Very Welcoming & Friendly.
Welcomed My Fur Baby & I Took Care Of Him Straight Away. Thank You. Friendly & Wonderful Amazing Staff! Thank You Dr. Jen.
Junzy & I Thank You!
Thank you for your kind review, Tawny. It was nice meeting Junzy!

This place has some of the most caring staff around! They were absolutely fantastic with my 2 boys. I have one aloof, temperamental cat and they had the patience to really take care of him. They treated him with the utmost kindness(even after being bit by him.) I would highly recommend them to any cat owner looking for thorough, personalized care for your babies!
Honestly, worst experience at a veterinary clinic I've ever experienced. I adopted a senior cat with pre-existing health issues in February and initiated care with this clinic ever since the adoption. The health of my cat worsened a few weeks post-adoption, and he was eventually diagnosed with pancreatitis. I had called to express my concern about his symptoms about a week and a half prior to his appointment to which I was told it probably was fine and not a major issue. Then when I took him back, I realized he had been suffering from not being seen sooner. This made me upset, especially after hearing insensitive comments from the vet about his old age, seeming to not take his care as seriously. I also sought out help about his increased vocalization, which as a grad student with a small apartment can be pretty detrimental to my sleep and studying. When I inquired about how to help him, they prescribed gabapentin (which he had previously been on in the shelter) to help with his vocalization at night. I started him on this new med immediately, and eventually, realized to my shock that they prescribed a med that he's already on for hyperthyroidism, so for weeks I had been double-dosing him with the wrong med. When I called to express my shock at that mistake, the staff tried to downplay the mistake, saying it wasn't a risk to his health, and the vet called me as well. I told her that I was really concerned about this mistake and it made me question trusting them with my elderly cat's health. Eventually I chose to find new vet services after numerous experiences of them not giving me reason to consider them adequate providers. They would call after I took my cat in for a blood draw to tell me I needed to bring him back because they didn't successfully collect what they needed. The rx mixup was something very alarming (especially how they dealt with it by essentially gaslighting my experience) and then being pretty awful once my cat gained weight after being put on prednisone for his pancreatitis. The vet tech continually shamed me about his weight gain - calling me at least once a week to ask about his food intake. Then last time I took him in for a weight check, I expressed that he seems like he's very hungry and will vocalize a lot if I don't feed him the same amount of food as before, to which they responded "Well.. have you ever seen a human on a diet? They're not happy all the time." This felt dismissive and rude. Finally, I made the switch, and they're still calling me, leaving condescending messages about if I've switched ,my cat's food intake yet. Horrible. Do not recommend.
We're sorry you had a negative experience at our clinic, and we're reviewing your feedback to see how we can improve our care. We always want to make sure our feline and human visitors are properly cared for. We've inactivated your account so that you shouldn't receive any more follow-up calls. We hope your kitty stays happy and healthy wherever you go.
We appreciate your kind review, Reagan, and we hope you and your kitty are doing well!

Everyone is always friendly and very experienced with cats. I like that there are no dogs. It helps my cats' nervousness a bit. They always call me back within a few hours, even on days they are closed!
Thank you for the positive feedback, Shelby. We look forward to assisting you and your cats in the future!

We needed a local place to board our cats just for a day, and this place was awesome! They had fast availability and extremely affordable prices, and the staff helped me get the vaccine records from the vet so I didn't have to worry about it. Check in was fast and simple and everyone was so friendly! 10/10 will definitely board them here again!
We're very happy to help you with your cat's care, Susan. Thank you for your kind review!

This clinic has been incredible through our cat Sweetie’s diabetes diagnosis—answering every question with patience and care. Sweetie is the calmest she’s ever been at a vet, and the team has been so kind and gentle with her.
They’ve also given us great tips for food and ways to keep our other two cats more entertained at home. Every visit and phone call has been supportive, kind, and genuinely helpful. We’re so grateful to have found them!
Thank you, Brian. We're happy to hear that you had a great experience with our clinic!

I’m grateful and impressed. COB has gone the extra mile with me and my beloved senior kitty Maya. For her, they patiently answered my many questions as we begin the “goodbye” process. And then Sir Harry Houdini made his presence known :) I am thankful to have had Dr. Jennie and her team for years. I believe, while busy and time limited, that they care about each and every fur baby they encounter. We’ll miss having you as our vet: (Thanks a million times over ladies).
