Sent me a letter this week saying that I owe them £5 from an appointment I paid for back in February, all due to a NHS price rise? They take your money 4 MONTHS in advance and then have to cheek to ask you for £5, all because the NHS price risen a few weeks before the appointment. Surely you benefit from having the advance cash flow more than trying to retrospectively ask your patients for £5? The cheek of it! Such a shame as the hygienist and dentist I see are really good. Seems more like a business management issue.

It is unfair for our providers to lose revenue as a result of delayed fee increases from those that are responsible for the timing of these, over which we have no control.

Reception are nice and friendly, Dr Shah is rude and should not be working with the general public, the way she treated my child and I was disgusting and I can see she still has the same horrid attitude, the dentist do not explain anything, I wasn’t asked or even told id be having an x Ray, they just did it. I find this dentist to be slap dash and overbooked, having to wait 6 weeks for a general check up now. Wouldn’t recommend.
I have been delighted with each visit to my dentist Aliya Nazerali. I am a “nervous” patient but she always puts me at ease and is extremely considerate whatever my treatment. I’ve had a crown and a new veneer and the level of expertise, knowledge and kindness in the chair has been second to none. I’m so delighted with my treatment that when my son wanted teeth whitening my only caveat was he had to see Aliya!! Trust is so important.
rating based on the Practice now letting you book appointments online, but giving you no way to pay online, and cancelling appointments unless you go in to the building, or hand over your card details over the phone in a completely unsecure way. My appointment was cancelled without any phone call on the day they decided to cancel it, because I hadn't managed to get to the Practice as I was away that weekend. How can any legitimate Dental Practice not have a payment portal on the website if they want to offer online bookings but expect to you pay in advance.

Dr. Rina Shaya at Cassio Road Dental Practice is truly wonderful! She was so kind, gentle, and professional with my son. She not only did two perfect fillings but also noticed tiny cracks on his new front permanent teeth and arranged to fix them the very next day. Her care and attention to detail were amazing and her job is perfect — we are so grateful for her dedication kindness and professional work. 😊🙏

We had an appointment for my son who’s 12 yesterday, with Dr Sangeeta Shah. From the beginning of the appointment she started asking questions how many times a day he brushes his teeth , what kind of toothpaste he uses, and when we said he brushes once a day , and without even having a look , she immediately said he’s not eligible for braces, because he doesn’t brush twice a day , even though he has no cavities and his teeth are very clean, no issues . She then looked at his teeth and still said … that he’s not eligible for braces because poor hygiene. She was very rude and unprofessional, especially because it’s not true, my son has no cavities and his teeth are in very good shape. Will not be going there again.

Having looked into this matter further, it is clear that it would be perfectly natural for any dental care professional to ask about oral hygiene procedures and history for any patient as part of a thorough dental assessment. Furthermore, Dr Shah indicated that for any child to commence orthodontic treatment, a commitment to oral hygiene must be demonstrated, which you conceded was not carried out. Consequently, she advised you to return in 6 months' time to allow time to improve the oral hygiene and for her to then assess both this, as well as development of his molar teeth. No rudeness or unprofessional behaviour was demonstrated at any stage and the advice given to your son was no different to that which would have been provided to any other patient in the same situation.
We hope this clarifies the position and hope to see you and your son again.

My husband booked an urgent appointment with Dentist Sangeeta Shah. This was because part of a tooth filling broke whilst he was eating.
The dentist was not really helpful at explaining the process and she was rushing. Her attitude was not professional and felt like she was doing us a favour although this is a private clinic.
She then said that we need to book another appointment for a check up like she was not really checking his mouth today.
Anyway I understand that this is the policy pf the clinic but next time we will be arranging with a different dentist for sure.

Worst customer support. Every time we booked an appointment through website, it's get cancelled. Asking us to call back, if we call, the lady on call is not supportive enough to get right date or dentist. I spend hours to book an appointment or send a mail but no use. I personally Don't endorse this dental clinic for appointments and customer support.
Customer support or lady on call is not interested to work may be. You can get only NO response for every questions.

Booked an appointment for the 2nd of September stateting 10 days prior it was an emergency to be told I have to have a check up first as I was a new patient so I gladly followed percedure as was in agonising paing due to tooth be cracked in half. 24 hours before appointment they cancelled my appointment due to me not being emergency and being booked in as check up even though I stated my situation on the initial conversation. To make this all worse I had to pre pay for an appointment which has no guarantee what ever, all I would say BEWARE as they have no comiments to NHS patients but quick to grab your money and quite clear I was put to the side for a private patient again just grabbing the money. All in all the wanted me to wait nearly 3 weeks for an emergency appointment which they stated to be I wasn't!!!!! Obviously an open nerve and a tooth cracked in have is just a check up !!!!

I saw Dr Gandhi today for my masseteur botox top up. This is my third treatment and each time, Anjali has made me feel comfortable and heard. After suffering with headaches and TMJ symptoms for years - the treatment I have received has provided instant relief and ease! I was apprehensive about the treatment and delayed it due to this however, Anjali was clear in explaining the process and alleviated any worries I had. Anjali's work is precise and efficient - I would highly recommend Dr Gandhi for any dental, medical and aesthetic treatments required!

Staff are very unprofessional and I think that staff at reception are rude and disrespectful.

Extremely bad customer service and unfair pricing mechanism.
I have been to this practice a number of times. Every time I have been at their practice they have made me wait for good 30 minutes. On one occasion, I was late by 12 minutes but they charged me for the full appointment without seeing me and they were charging me another £75 for rescheduling the appointment. I complained to the practice manager, however, she only apologised. So in a nutshell they can make you wait for 40 minutes but when you are late you get charged. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE EVER!!!
