The initial phone call went well. We discussed numbers, expectations, etc. Tirell asked me to fill out the online portion of the questionnaire and that he would get back to me. I did as he requested. Even sent a reminder text a few days later, understanding that we do get busy at times. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard a word back from him. Just feels very unprofessional. If you couldn’t handle the job, just be upfront and communicate that. Not leave me on read

I've known Tirrell since 2019. I think we met at a Real Estate Investor meeting. He's brought me several loans over the years for himself or a referral. What a great guy! He's always in a good mood and easy to talk to. He's been a good borrower too.
