I have been using Horizon software for over 15 years and I am pleased and I recommend the report writing software. Horizon reports are much easier to understand than most the other inspection software. I have shared a 5 star review in the past. I am writing this report to discuss an issues they had earlier today. (Lets evaluate when things go wrong) I have always had great support when things go wrong. Today, I had a software issue. I contacted support and within 30 minutes the problems was resolved. (Note: I have written over 3000 Horizon reports and had very few software issues. ) I wanted express my happiness with the customer service to keep my downtime minimal. I encourage you to compare different report writing software companies and you will find Horizon is all you need. Best wishes.

Our company has been using Horizon for number of years, it's a great software where you can combine work orders, scheduling, send invoices, and write reports. however in recent years after some major updates on the Horizon app some major issues started coming up and Horizon team is very slow to fixing them, the previous version of Horizon mobile 3 app has a lot of bugs such as: it won't let you add photos using that option on the app, sometimes it wouldn't even attach any of the photos to the comment which would make report writing very time consuming, the last update made it even more difficult to work on the app, it does have a good new look, but its gotten so much slower to load, very slow to sync inspection data, it repeats the comments twice when you click on them, and the last drop was when after 3 hours of doing home inspection on a very complicated home, I pushed sync and the app kept loading the data forever and eventually just erased my entire inspection, all comments and photos were completely gone, I can't afford driving another 1.5 hours to the inspection and spend another 3 hours there, it creates a lot of liability issues, something related to health and safety can be missed in the report! Horizon team, we have 7 home inspectors working using this app, and everyone has issues with it that come up every day, please address it!!! I wanted to add more to it now, I know that all photos are on my phone, but try to imagine writing report with 400 photos just guessing where they go, my last two reports were completely gone too this morning, this is very frustrating, not only it will take me way longer to write the report, it may also be a liability issue, we do inspect for heath and safety, and those safety notes may be erased because of horizon failure, don't tell me I have to rely on my memory, we're using Horizon to to make it easier to write the reports and paying a lot of money for it, this has be fixed!!!

I used to like this software until I realized how much I was paying for an outdated tool. When the new version came out, I actually considered sticking with them, until I realized it's bugged, badly. Multiple photos, photos not added, photos flipping on editing. It's so horrible that I now spend more time on inspections and time at home glossing through my entire report to make sure my report is right. Back a few days later. Have a client asking for their report but I can't send it because over half the images won't go in the report. What a joke of a company.

Last week I inspected a property on the river in northwest Alabama. No connectivity with T mobile and had to call Horizon for help. Stave and Chris helped sync to a visiting Real Estate agent who had ATT. Got the job done and was able to record my inspection. This helpful service when I am stressed was most beneficial and why I stay with Horizon. Seven years and way over a 1,000 properties with Horizon. Thank you.

I've been using Horizon's inspection software for 5 years now, and I can't complain. It's a very streamlined easy to use software, and has a mobile app so you can write your report as you inspect the home. Great customer service & support if you ever need it. I strongly recommend it!

I have used Horizon report writing for 1.5 yrs, I tried a few others but few can compare to the ease of use, the ability to configure your own way, it is simply the best looking report out there. Highly recommended

Horizon inspection software makes for a great end product! Once you learn your way around, its fairly quick to make your entries in the field. I finish up on the computer just because its easier to review everything and to see the actual finished report. The realtors love the Action Item list that gets generated along with the report as this makes their job easier when they are developing their "ask" list for the seller. I've been using horizon for 10 years now and even when there have been some tech glitches, its always been easy to get a hold of someone you can understand and who doesn't speak in software terms you can't understand. I've tried most of the inspection software out there and stay with horizon because of how great their people are if you have any questions or suggestions.
