I've been using Horizon software for 2 years now and it's great. I'm finished with my report when I leave the property. The software is easy to customize and worth every penny. Even when my signal is dead, I've never had a problem with all my data saves. As soon as I have signal again I can sync up and my report is ready.

Horizon inspection software makes for a great end product! Once you learn your way around, its fairly quick to make your entries in the field. I finish up on the computer just because its easier to review everything and to see the actual finished report. The realtors love the Action Item list that gets generated along with the report as this makes their job easier when they are developing their "ask" list for the seller. I've been using horizon for 10 years now and even when there have been some tech glitches, its always been easy to get a hold of someone you can understand and who doesn't speak in software terms you can't understand. I've tried most of the inspection software out there and stay with horizon because of how great their people are if you have any questions or suggestions.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback and experience. Houses are complicated and we strive to ensure you have a complete list of report items to help you get started. Of course, it's easy but takes time to learn where things are and customize.

10 year user, overall this is great software and makes a very professional looking report

Horizon software review
Overall: Great team at Horizon if there's any need for support. Great software. Pros: Easy to use and produces great reports every time ! Cons: I have no complaints, highly recommend this product as a tool for home inspection.

Best software system ever!
Overall: I haven't ever had any problems Pros: Very easy to use and very adaptable to my business. Cons: Nothing. The system works well. I highly recommend it to others.

The Best Out There!
Pros: When I started my Home Inspection business, I tried several reporting software companies. Once I found Horizon, I never looked back. I knew I had found the one. The software is intuitive and easy to customize for my purposes. My clients find the report easy to read with the summary findings front and center. The links to further explain the issues are a real time saver when writing the report. The added resource library is a real bonus for first time buyers. The Horizon team is always at the ready to address any questions and issues. I highly recommend Horizon! Cons: Horizon is always looking for ways to improve their product. If I had any thoughts on improving, they always best me to it!

Top quality Software for Home Inspector
Pros: I can change it when I need. I love the monthly zoom meeting with [sensitive content hidden]...customer service to questions when I get shuck is wonderful helpful. Cons: I can not think of any at the moment.....

Horizon Inspections Software
Pros: This was the first software I used as a building inspector. I was trained on Carbon Copy reports for clients. I have been using Horizon for 10 years and have found that it does everything I need (and surely more). The time saved using this software is immense and the reports are much more comprehensive for my clients.The customer support for any minor issues that I have experienced is fantastic. Cons: The cost, but I guess you get what you pay for.

We’ve relied on Horizon for over 10 years. In my opinion it produces one the most professionally organized, easy to read and attractive to look at reports in the profession. Our clients, agents and inspectors agree. Robust, ever evolving, great mobile and web based versions, and a responsive staff. I’ve considered and tried others over the years but always come back to the reliability and stability of this reporting platform. If you haven’t already, step up to Horizon.

A software partnership that can take any inspector to the next level
Overall: Wonderful experience because of the support team that got me through the launch and now can realize the benefits Pros: #1 is the customer support. [sensitive content hidden] is my account manager and a former home inspector who helps in so much more that just the initial software launch. [sensitive content hidden] is my Tech support and has always been super quick to help with any issues (normally issues occur the morning before the inspection or late at night) and they have a wonderful help desk for after hours to help me stay up and running#2 is that we run a muti inspector team approach and Horizon is a perfect web based solution that allows multiple user interface uploads in the field to make a High quality most professional report I have seen to date#3 is the Report. Best in class professional report that I have seen on the market. Too many features to list Cons: The learning curve from one software to another is always a challenge. Horizon has a learning curve but once you get past it, you will never know how you managed without it

A software that is work like a library for home inspectors.
Pros: Horizon software is one of the most important tool for me.Apart of the features that horizon provide, it's an amazing marketing tool for my business, most of my clients end the report discussion by admiring the report layout, details, pictures quality and many more. Cons: Some specific conditions are not listed, and some of the implications are exaggerated, although it can be edited, but sometimes it consumes time.
