OMG where to start. I'm sure I was Polly's worst nightmare and talk about being picky, however Polly never gave up on me, I got the car I most wanted has all the safety features for me and my grand babies. Thank you ever so much for your patient's and going above and beyond, so very much appreciate you and Car Pow. Excellent service and great communication. Again thank you Polly.

Started off great, first with Ihaka then suddenly Lily pops up in the conversation. Got a call Wednesday to say all approved and picked a car. Signed the loan documentation and arranged insurance etc. Thursday get call from Ihaka stating not the case. Wrote and email to both Ihaka and Lily asking what was going on and why 2 different responses after I had signed the loan documentation. Got a completely unprofessional response from Ihaka stating with "Pal ...." I'm not your bloody Pal I'm your bloody client. Finally Hannah steps in and suddenly no one had checked any paperwork before approving the loan. Then came request after request after request for documentation. Meanwhile insurance payments have already come out. Had to cancel finance after ridiculous statements that everything was approved but they weren't happy with the wording of a statement in my employment contract. Finally canceled the whole deal and then had to chase insurance company to get the premiums refunded for the insurance I paid on the car I didn't own. Meanwhile dealer was getting frustrated too and couldn't understand what was going on since everything had been signed and he had been asked to start the process at his end. What a bloody shambles. Wouldn't recommend going anywhere near them.
