The sales team has not delivered on any time line give. They do not return calls and will stop accepting your calls. Took a 1 1/2 months to pour the slab 4 months later still no building or date scheduled to install. This is all after being told by the manager 1 to 3 weeks after the salesman stopped returning calls. Now he is not answering calls.

Sales team was not good to work with. They tell you one thing and do something different. Don’t recommend them for anything. Read your contract from top to bottom. And have your attorney review it before you sign anything. Do your research.

The girls were mean each time I called which between July and October I only called four times. Secondly, they verbally told me that the installation would be scheduled between the 6-8 week mark and I didn’t receive a call until the 9th week and that was after I called the first Monday following the 8 week mark. Then we had an install date but even that was put out another week. Then, they added the measurements in wrong so our building isn’t even what we needed. This is all the truth. My main point is, be nicer people! You never know what someone else has going on. Might also add that the payment for the initial transaction was in the thousands and was paid four months before we ever got the building. We now have to spend more money to add on the side because the girl refused to ask up, for 10 more feet. She just made the decision on her own. I’ll stay local next time. Thanks though

Jessie helped me choose the right carport for our needs; a 7ft 20x20 with walls coming down half-way on two sides. I can hardly wait to have it built, it should be built before the big snows come. My husband and I had a carport 2 years ago which he ordered from Amazon. He built it and he and his brother drilled holes in our concrete driveway to anchor it. The carport looked nice and it made it through some hairy windstorms and the first small snowstorm. We had a heavy snow late October. 2 feet of wet snow supported by our carport, keeping my husbands car snow free. That night the carport buckled under the weight of the heavy, wet snow. His car was damaged. The repair was costly. Jessie calculated our need for snow and wind support into the quote which wasn't much more than the carport bought from Amazon. Plus, we'll have a crew put it together for us. Jessie was wonderful to work with, she was pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She also reminded me of things I needed to do before our build was complete such as getting the required permits and pictures of the location for the carport. My experience was painless, educational and thoroughly enjoyable. I absolutely recommend working with Carport Central.

Do not do business with these guys, they will offer to pay you for a good review and c there are many reasons why..... I paid the large deposit of almost 3 Grande and received nothing, not one piecebof metal...not one screw!! They laughed when they told me it's completely non refundable deposit under any circumstances... So many other companies exist that actually build building, Carport Central does not....they are primarily a broker....door to door salesman with a YouTube channel...Beware!! Attachedvis a photo of what they built!!
