My Carport Central sales rep has provided a detailed account of the construction process of our metal building project. He has answered every question and has kept us in the loop regarding each phase of the project.

I put my rv cover on hold, how ever the salesman that sold me the carport did not let the delivery people aware in the Order change and they came to install the carport that I had on hold. Well the delivery people reach out to the sales person and he claims I never let him know to put the order on hold when I have the text showing I messaged him and put the order on hold. Then they proceeded to tell me they were going to change me to take the carport back unless I canceled the order all together. I put down a big amount of money that they tell me is now non refundable. I’m very un pleased with the lack of Communication and my money went straight to waste because of lack of communication. I was forced to cancel or be charged more money. So now I paid for a rv cover I never will receive

Update- had one email after Posting original review….and nothing ever done…….. PLEASE do yourself a favor and read my review: I have four (4) leaks in the roof of my metal building and have contacted Carport Central multiple times……totally non-responsive other than repeatedly saying “we put in a work order” …..2 years I have been dealing with these leaks and they still have not come to repair them. Once they have your money you are no longer important to them. I would not recommend doing business with them. Received "response from owner" asking for additional information, which was provided within 24 hours....now a month later no additional follow-up. RUN RUN RUN Follow-up. They asked for pictures again, which I submitted a third time…… they finally responded and said since I had the building insulated the warranty was no longer valid since they did not do the insulation…..even though the leaks were present before the insulation…… IMHO- RIP OFF COMPANY -do yourself a huge favor and purchase your building somewhere else.

I purchased a building from Carport Central, a 30x60. I shopped around to make sure price and specs were in line with others, i had quite a few conversations with the representative there and discussed specifics, i was given a quote (several actually) until all my questions and concerns were met. I then narrowed it down to 3 companies and did a little research about service and satisfaction. During this time the rep from Carport Central contacted me sometimes a couple times a day, then a “manager” contacted me and asked me what he could do to assure me i would be satisfied. I made it very clear that I just didn’t want any surprises or hidden issues to deal with after the sale, i explained that i wanted to deal with the manufacturer that would oversee the entire process and that i wanted a one person “go to” for any questions or concerns that may come up. This was exactly the opposite of what happened, they outright lied, they reminded me of a low rate used car dealer, as soon as the deposit was made they had moved on, i had trouble getting in touch with anyone that had a clue as to my building. As time went on i was contacted by several people from another company asking me if my site was ready? I had already (weeks prior) sent photos and a detailed description of the site and preparation that was completed and told “sounds good “. I was again contacted and asked to verify information that had been signed weeks ago by someone else. Once a private contractor finally showed up they unloaded the framework and had my wife sign for the building. I then was informed that they would not be installing the windows that i supplied (previously discussed extensively and in writing) I attempted to contact Carport Centrals sals rep with no avail, i then was able to get in touch with one of the people whom took a payment from me and eventually was contacted by the sale rep who had nothing to say except “nothing we can do about it now “ and maybe i could make a deal with the installers to put the windows in, I had sent them all the specs they requested so they would be prepared for agreed installation. I was told “maybe you could get ahold of “ABN” ? I had no idea who this was nor who they were? Well to sum this up ABN (american building network) is the company and manufacturer, i ended up paying the independent contractors to install the windows, (cash only) they were fair and did a great job with everything. The building is very nice. The rep from ABN was a pretty good guy and understood my frustration but not willing to take any accountability for the dealer. Bottom line ABN has a good product for the money, the dealer (Carport Central) is nothing more than some flunky used care salesman that can’t be held accountable for anything. They suck!

They did a good putting up my bulding, I had one window that the weather stripping pulled loose. I called the sales man. He put an order in for repair. This has been about three months ago. Beware of their customer service. Once they have finished erecting the building, they could care less about the costomer.

All were very friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan was very helpful and answered all our questions. And was really good helping us with all our options. Finance Guy(sorry I can't remember his name)Was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Carport Central of Mt. Airy to everyone!

Techs hit my generator with their truck driving down to my barn back in February. Did about $500 in damage and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. Communication is lacking. Techs also left many screws on the ground all around my horses and goats.

I run this fellow through the ringers trying to look at different designs. Not once did he hesitate to modify my ideal nor hesitate to contact me back. I'd rate him as excellant and more than five stars.

Josh was always professional never pushy. He was helpful with decisions and I was very comfortable with him through the process.

The service was awesome. They actually took the time and made sure I was getting what I was wanting very helpful people
