Im pretty sure that 99% of these reviews are fake one !! BE CAREFUL GUYS Lets start with the customer care when they talk to you nicely at the beginning and telling you they will send you videos on how they will wash your carpet and then once they took your carpet they start ignoring your msgs and not replying to you . The guy who answer your call is very UNPROFESSIONAL & DISRESPECTFUL Second i was at my work on the day of pick up and for there bad luck i reached when they were picking up my carpets and guess what !! One guy only was picking it up and i saw him dragging it all the way from corridor to street !! When i was shouting on him why your doing this and why your colleague did not help you , he said bcz he was afraid of taking a parking fine bcz he didn't pay for parking !!!!! I asked for a video to show that there is no damage for the carpet happened due to this and they did not send me and they were asking me to do the payment before seeing and delivering the carpet !! Which mean that there is something wrong in your service thats why you don't want to show me and you insist of doing payment before checking your work Finally I was requesting several time to speak to the manager and they refused saying that he is out of the country The conclusion: BE AWARE OF THEM

I recently had a challenging situation with a hard coffee stain on my wool carpet. The team did an outstanding job of cleaning it perfectly and delivering the carpet on time. Not responsive, disrespectful But not only that, after they made a huge mistake which is another long story they asked me to take the carpet and wash it which took them 2weeks, and then they delivered it with very bad smell, so I asked them to come and take it back which they did and then when it was time for delivery they didn’t accept to deliver it unless I pay! So how will I pay without checking it, the owner himself started communicating only on WhatsApp and totally refused to talk to me, I even went to his shop which honestly people should see it b4 sending their carpets and he again totally refused to talk to me. I have never ever seen such a bad impolite unprofessional company, and the bigger problem is that the owner changes facts and is so scared to have a f2f discussion so instead he ran away and avoided speaking with me, I have all the messages to prove what I am saying…. Anyways, as I said I had to go there myself, make sure that this time they cleaned the carpet, paid them their money and left simply because I had much important things to do.

I gave a one-year old carpet from crate and barrel for basic cleaning. I received it back destroyed and stained. There were no stains before. The carpet was in an excellent shape, I just wanted to give it for basic hygiene cleaning… but they must have used something really inappropriate on it to cause the damage. Customer service doesn’t answer my complaints. I will never use them again.
