I have received chiropractic care for many years at other offices. I used to experience headaches all of the time, but with chiropractic adjustments, I rarely have a migraine. At an appointment Dr. Morgan takes her time to ensure that she addresses all of my problems whether it is a headache or an ankle joint out of place. My daughter is an avid dancer and plays high school sports and Dr. Morgan is able to address problems that arise with these athletic activities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient here for several years. I have always been pleased with all aspects of my visits. The staff is friendly and the treatments and adjustments have always been great. At one point, I was having issues with vertigo, but after several visits and adjustments it went away. I haven’t experienced the vertigo for a few years now. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing chiropractic assistance.

Very disappointed about how the front desk handled me when I called. Due to an auto accident she told me she was explaining how they may not cover it and I would pay out of pocket and that I did not have an attorney so it would be handled differently. Her assumption that I could not afford out of pocket expense or the assumption I did not have an attorney was beyond unreasonable. Not one time did I say anything about either. I had only mentioned my insurance would cover it because I got that approved before I made my inquiry. Her comments were constantly that she was setting parameters. That has nothing to do with if they were taking new clients or her assumptions about finances were completely out of line. I politely told her I would find else where.

I'm very sorry to hear your call didn't go as planned. We always strive for excellence in both our care and our customer service. I listened to the recording of the call (all of our incoming calls are recorded). From what I can hear, and speaking with Stephanie who fielded your call and has 7 years experience with us, it doesn't seem that anyone was trying to assume your finances weren't in order. Most of the time, when someone presents to our office after an auto accident, we end up working by a letter of protection provided to us by an attorney, so that the patient doesn't have to pay anything out of pocket. We then get paid eventually when the case is closed. We understand that you aren't working with an attorney, which is fine. We would be happy to accommodate you when we have the ability to do so. Nothing in the recorded call eluded to our receptionist questioning your financial status. What could be determined from the call, was that you didn't give her an opportunity to explain anything. You repeatedly talked over her, and even hung up on her. I apologize that we could not see you the day you called, but this is not uncommon for a busy office. We would have been happy to set up an appointment as soon as we could give you the time you deserve.
You can see by our other reviews, that we have always worked hard to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. I am sorry that your expectations weren't met.

I've suffered with neuropathy in my feet for several years. Out of desperation, I tried all the new trends that were advertised. None of them worked. One day my wife saw an ad for Carolina West, and, although skeptical, I called to check on it. Signing on with them for treatment, was this smartest move I've made in a long time. I have been in treatment since mid January, and I have seen regular improvement in my feet. I can now feel my toes and I walk much better. The pain that I regularly felt, has diminished considerably.
The medical staff has been very helpful and kind. I know they see this type of ailment on a regular basis, but they treat me as if mine is a special case. I get regular, undivided attention with advice and support. I am very happy with the results that I've seen, and all of the people that I have dealt with. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. I wish I could have given it 10 Stars.

Wish I could have found this place years ago. Before I didn't know if I would be able to walk when I got out of a car or not and my activities were very limited and neurosurgeons couldn't or wouldn't do anything for me but I really don't want surgery anyway. My right leg was 23mm shorter than the left which left me dealing with pain everyday to the point I was ready to go to my permanent home at one time. I am much better now. Swelling in my back is almost nonexistent now. I finally feel like doing a little something.

Once again I have to tell you how happy I have found this practice. I have had issues with neuropathy of my feet. Dr Verch put me on a plan to help me feeI my feet. I was tested today to see how much feeling has come back. The results are amazing. I felt all the items used for sensitive to my feet. I was very skeptical in the beginning and thought the electrical wave treatment was a joke but I thought I’d try it. Well I’m here to say if you go to see Dr Verch and you follow the treatment it’s not a joke. I know after 3 months I have feeling and sensation back. Thank you so much. You are a blessing from God. Not just for my feet but I am able to get around without much pain in my back. I get up in the morning and I’m not crippled over. Thank you
