Carolina Limo in DC Traveling with Carolina Limo and Coach was pleasant experience! They provide excellent service, and having a patient and flexible driver like Tom can make all the difference, especially in a bustling city like Washington DC. The bus was clean and comfortable, too. If you ever need transportation for a larger group, Carolina Limousine would be a good choice.

Nelson Franco for Employee of the Month!! We are a college basketball team that came in town to play. We had Nelson Franco as our driver. Having him was a very good experience. He was so helpful and willing our entire trip. He knew exactly where we were going and where we needed to drop us off at. We will definitely be requesting Nelson when we come back.

Highly recommended, Nelson. We used Carolina Limousine for an out of town birthday celebration an hour and 1/2 away. Nelson , our driver could not have been better, I highly suggest that you ask for him personally. He was very attentive and helpful in everything form supplying coolers, temperature control, looking for lost sunglasses and an extremely pleasant demeanor in general. Thank you , Nelson !

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Limo Service!!! I really enjoyed my experience with the staff of Marquee Limo! The service was impeccable, vehicles were very clean and the cars arrived early! Our drivers Kenneth G and Trayvon B were AWESOME the whole time very friendly and attentive to each of us ladies…We arrived safely to our function and returned back to our destination safely! I give Marquee Limo staff and management 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I used Carolina Limo for the first time when I had to fly back home by myself. No Uber for me so I called Carolina and was extremely pleased! My driver from the airport to my home was Mr. Larry and he was the most wonderful man! Pleasant to talk to and the best driver!!! Highly recommend and will use again when I have to fly!! I can’t say enough as it made my trip ending awesome!!!

My Church Family and I took a trip from Myrtle Beach SC to the National Museum of African American History and Culture aka (NMAAHC) in Washington DC. Let me tell you reviewers, our driver (Kim) was PHENOMENAL, FUN and ENLIGHTENING. We had a blast. Kim is a true Blessing ❤️. Very courteous, very attentive, so pleasant and hilarious 😂. All while handling the beautiful limousine coach. We had a little hiccup while returning home to Myrtle Beach SC, but as a true champion would do Kim handled our issue with ease and patience. Kim was more worried about our patience but we were just fine. Unfortunately we had a tire that wasn't quite keeping tire pressure so we had to make a pit stop, wait for the repair expert to replace the tire and nevertheless we were back in business and on our way home. Kim wanted safety over anything and nevertheless so did we as her patrons. So THANK YOU KIM 💕

Bride that has to wait for guests to show up to get married This was not only a horrible experience, but truly the worst customer service I have ever seen. The bus showed up late to pick up my guests at the hotel on my wedding day. Not only were they late, they didn’t even park in front of the hotel. So my guests were waiting outside looking for them. I had even called the week before to confirm, and they said nothing about parking behind the hotel. They didn’t notify the hotel of this, or me, or my day of contact. Then instead of leaving w 30 ppl on the bus, they refused to leave until the bus was full. This made them much later getting to the venue the first time, and later than my ceremony w the second bus load. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY GUESTS COMPLAINED ABOUT THE BUS. The second bus arrived 20minutes after my ceremony was supposed to start- so I was forced to start my whole wedding 30min later, which threw off the timeline for the entire night. To make it even worse, the guy I talked to the next day was incredibly rude, and even lied to me- not realizing I had 49 guests taking pics and videos on their phones w timestamps as the company lied to me claiming they were there on time. They also did not offer an apology or a partial refund. Horrible. I have personally told every new bride I know not to use this company.

Candace, thanks for taking the time to post a review. We do everything in our power to offer 5 star service exemplied by our 4.9 rating with over 100 reviews. Unfortunately we had a driver have a medical event at 5:30am this morning and quickly our team was able to dispatch another chauffeur albeit arriving 12 minutes late. While we hate that we were late our team acted quicker then any other Motor Coach company in the Southeast, mind you at 5:30am. In regards to the vehicle down; we are currently working as diligent as possible. The Vehicle is 20 years newer then competitors (2021) and of course we wouldn't expect a new Motor Coach to have problems but her we are. While I understand we deserve a 1 star from review I believe we are doing everything in our power to rectify a bad situation.
