I like my room. It's one of the fee affordable accommodations in liverpool that you get a bathroom in your room and a TV. The TV was a pleasant surprise especially for how cheap the accomodation is. I love the radiator in my room because you can control the temperature quite nicely and they have updated the circuit laundry to be easy access through using your phone.

It’s a great place to live. As a first year students it’s been such a welcoming environment. All the staff are very friendly, making me feel safe and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect uni accommodation.

My stay at this student accommodation is being truly enjoyable. The environment is comfortable, safe, and well-maintained, making it an ideal place to focus on studies while still feeling at home. The rooms are clean and cozy, and all the essential amenities are provided, which made moving in incredibly easy.
The management and staff are friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any concerns. Whether it’s maintenance requests, parcel handling, or general support, everything is handled quickly and professionally. The common areas are also kept tidy, and they provide great spaces for studying, relaxing, and socializing.
I am having a wonderful experience overall and would definitely recommend this accommodation to any student looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay. It’s been a big part of making my academic year comfortable and stress-free!

The bridewell was my first year uni accom and I missed it so much I had to come back for my 3rd year. My room is cosy and so adorable, I always receive compliments from anyone who comes over on how nice it is when they first saw it. The wooden beams across the ceiling make it feel like home and give it a cosy cottage style feel, making it feel like a home rather than a student accom. The skylight lets in the perfect amount of light too which is perfect in the summer or beautiful in the winter when it snows. It’s spacious, allowing you to be creative with how you decorate it. The staff are quick and supper helpful, making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. If I could stay here another year I would and I’m so sad to be leaving my room. I honestly couldn’t suggest this place anymore!

I stayed here in my second year and i loved it, so i came back for my third year. The rooms are spacious, i feel comfortable here, it has been a better environment for me mentally aswell.

Room was clean when I moved in and is quite spacey with lots of storage, while also having a comfortable double bed. Kitchen is always clean as they run regular inspections and will fine you if it isn’t. The en-suite is good too, although a little on the small side. The radiators are fully controllable and heat up quickly. Would recommend!

Outstanding accommodation. The staff are helpful are always friendly, the rooms are spacious and cozy and the utilities on site are incredibly useful. It’s also a very short distance to nearby stores and city centre, so location-wise it’s ideal. Can definitely recommend :)

I lived in Poets Place for 2 years between 2021-2023. The new tenants have not disclosed that they live there, as such I am being contacted by debt collectors for this. I have contacted Caro Lettings on several occasions over numerous months and have received no reply from them for confirmation of move and to try help me resolve this.
I have sent numerous emails, online enquires via the website and phone calls that have gone unanswered.

Coming over from Ireland I was a little worried about moving but CARO has provided an amazing experience as well as being very welcoming with even little gifts thrown in here and there. I have enjoyed my time here so much that I am in the process of extending my stay for another year to hopefully make even more amazing memories at this apartment.
