Hi all I thought a lot before writing a review and after given so many chances for these guys to fix the problems.. I bought this car a year ago and to realise they sold us a car with a punctured spare wheel that's not even fixed. The punctured unfixed spare wheel is unbelievably unprofessional. someone with ethics wouldn't definitely sell a car without fixing this properly. (You may think why we didn't notice these things, we checked spare wheel but we didn't pull it out it looked fine from the top for what we could see but when we were about to use it the punctured tires with a nail still intact at the bottom ) Also they had detailed the car each time we saw it before buying to make it temporarily look good. For instance the head lights turned yellow just after a month of purchase when they sold they were shining.. and they refused to polish them for us.. as you all know nothing turns yellow like that just in a month unless it was the case all along and they just apply polish to keep it long enough for a month so after that it's the customers problem.. then there were some scratches in the car which was fixed just with after market temporary applications when we took a closer look we saw how uneven the colour was and without a professional finish. It would have been better if it was left without nothing.. The car also have a pain peeling off issue which is major..when we try to discuss the matters they keep ignoring us. We discussed with panel beaters around us, they all quoted us thousands for the paint peeling off issues. unprofessional. someone with ethics wouldn't definitely sell a car without fixing this properly. These guys have failed in their ethics and honesty in doing business, at least letting a customer know when a customer paid 32000 for this car. When we look at all the expenses on this car to fix it it is not worth what they sold us for..they are unprofessional, dishonest and we will not recommend them for anyone unless you wanna waste your money...So think twice before you purchase from these guys.. We recently went through the process of purchasing a car with Tony. We did it all remotely, from finding the car online, to viewing it via video call, purchasing and having the car transported down to us.
