Given the company is labelled Caring Hearts, it couldn’t be further from the truth on how their short stay managers behave. Poor communication, no accountability, completely messed up the short stay and made it as stressful as possible for the people seeking care. Stay away from this out of touch, unreliable, incapable organisation. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My support worker was fantastic helped me reach my goals, boosted my confidence, and always made me feel comfortable and understood. He was very kind, friendly, and easy to be around. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at caring hearts who took such great care of my dad at their home . The care home was clean with a lovely movie area which was both comfortable and homely . The staff act more like a caring member of the family and really listen to the needs of the individual while being respectful & dignifying them. A special thanks to Adam who was fantastic at managing his respite stay , he responded to every call, question and message quickly and efficiently to Sonja Raj who is such a beautiful hearted women and truely cares, respects and understands the needs of her individual clients and most importantly makes the effort to learn about them to elevate the level of care she can show .
