Good place to find caregiver jobs I used Care.com to find nanny and babysitting jobs. I appreciated being able to see info about families before reaching out to them, and having the Care.com platform to communicate. It can be hard to sort through a lot of posts, some of which may not be active anymore, but there were options to filter.

Did not get a charger to it not letting me finish the online interview within the 1-8 on , answering the questions To where I’m able to make my home safe, when management you have to make sure you able to get everything done and have everything completed. Get everything done when you trying to get it done and make workplace is a good place to work in, Knowing the work place is you just starting there but still knowing how to do the job. Be able to smile about some of the things that around you. Pros: Make More thin just lunch for them but whatever time there here give them what there support to eat. Cons: Having a Break within 15 mins and 30min lunchtime and after it a 15 minute.

Decent job, pay is too low Good benefits, coworkers, and slowly improving culture. I would have stayed but the comp was too low even after promising raises for months. If they can stop being so cheap they would retain a lot more talent.

Great young girls job Care is deff a great place to start. Offering many options for families to connect. You can use home pay services for payment. You can have a background check to make the family more comfortable

Great Culture, Great Benefits, Terrible Pay I love my job, I love my coworkers and I love my manager. That being said, the pay is terrible. There has not been a cost of living wage since 2020 and we were told at one point that the company "does not chase inflation". It is very hard to move around in the company or get promoted. After a lot of push back and a CEO change, there was a big compensation calibration this year that amounted to a 75 cent raise. The benefits and work/life balance is wonderful though. Unfortunately, these things do not pay my bills. I would be very sad to leave my job, but with inflation, it seems like its the only way to make more money at this point. Pros: Benefits, work/life balance, good management Cons: Pay, promotions, room for growth

Babysitting Nannying with taxes. Best way to describe it. I would only recommend as a short term solution to unemployment. Make sure to bring a lunch pack a water bottle. You never really know what kind of home you will be going into. Pros: You choose your schedule Cons: No benefits

Eh Kinda scammy that they make you pay for a background check before even being able to see what jobs are available in the area. Most people try to pay the bare minimum and expect you to clean their house on top of watching their child. It’s good for just a quick buck but usually not steady money.

Easy to find a job Care.com easily helped find me a job as a nanny. It can be hard going to other platforms to find nanny jobs, but care.com made it easy for me. They sent me families that aligned to my schedule.

Find great jobs through care.com I enjoyed all three of my nanny jobs I got through them. The families I found were great and very welcoming and I enjoyed taking care of the kids a lot.
