Very Professional atmosphere!

Haven’t taken my car to CarDi Auto yet but have been a customer of Jay Fernandez for years up until Mavis bought out his Tuffy location on Cypress Gardens Blvd. Jay and his team always perform quality work and offer the best financing options you can’t find anywhere else.

CarDi Automotive is a great place to have your vehicle serviced and repaired. I had a timing belt issue with my car and these guys knew by just the sound(WOW). They where really professional and affordable. I felt comfortable leaving my car with them no upsale no scamming just honest mechanics. I recommend this place if you need car repairs and service and like me don't know much about cars. And communication every step of the way. Thank you

The purchasing process was great and the price was very fair!. Chris did an amazing job of being upfront and transparent. So for that, I give them 4 stars. I love the truck I bought, I just wished they would have done a better job detailing it.

Fast and reliable!

They knowingly put wrong oil in my car. Hope they stop doing this to other customers. Response Amazing the receipt your auto shop sent us after we paid for your "good service" said 5/20 .. the sticker your staff put on the windshield says 5/ 20 .. the oil cap when you open the hood says 5w30 ... .. the conversations with your people at the shop the next 48 hours got me nowhere .. Only after complaint filed with the BBB did you respond late night after hours. .. They we talked to you on the phone a few days later You are a real unprofessional .. know it all .. business owner .. who makes up every excuse when your staff puts 5/20 in a card that says on the oil cap 5w30 ... You explained you've been in the business 22plus years and you said there is no vehicle onthe planet that requires the car recommended oil. Except the chevy corvette AnD you gave drumms and drums of 5w30 In. The back but the 5/20 comes in bo x es (new vendor) Hmm mmmm Hey Jay The local chamber of commerce City hall Polk county city mangers Better business bureau Florida depart of agriculture Florida dept of business Floridila department of motor vehicles Never heard your theory Of any car any oil Want to help Been almost 4 weeks You have neve refunded the price We paid in full for a service we thought your shop would put the Correct oil for the car It's on the cap You hung up on us weeks ago And have been responding to the Complaints With you auto sales business at the same address Hmm mmmm We apologize for doing business with your automotive shop The next oil change we will look for a automotive shop that will put the right oil in the car And not mention A motor upsell A tuneup Weeks after Your business puts the wrong oil in the car Again lift the hood It's on the oil cap Hmmm

In short, this morning my car broke down in the school line while taking my daughter to school, Jay, amidst his busy morning, came to my rescue, pushing my car off the road. Despite my initial worry about costs, Jay, a mechanic, provided transparent pricing that was much more affordable than the dealership. He promptly fixed my SUV the same day, earning my gratitude and future business referrals to CAR Di. Jay thank you again!
