We inherited cane furniture from Cane Industries which is over 20 years old. The furniture is still in perfect condition, but the covers faded. I contacted the company who very promptly advised that they could supply replacement covers for the furniture. and within 2 weeks we have beautiful new covers! The service was speedy, efficient and courteous. The product excellent. We could have bought cheaper - we certainly couldn't have bought better.

I ordered a set of rocker chair cushions from Cane Industries and I must say, right from the word go, the customer service was second to none. I dealt solely with Vanessa who was brilliant, right from sending out samples to the day of delivery (which was much quicker than we thought it would be). The quality of the cushions was very good indeed (having already wasted money on a lesser quality on line), so all in all, I would 100% recommend this company and thank you again Vanessa, for being so helpful and professional, right from the initial enquiry to delivery.

I had problem with my swivel rocker chair but after speaking to Jenny at Cane Industries the chair was repaired promptly. Their customer service is everything you would expect from a family business. They are highly recommended.
