Easy pickup at the Cancun airport for a trip to the Haciendas Reales. The airport is a bit hectic and crowded. Still, the driver in a couple of minutes easily located us, and we located him as he was wearing an Cancun Airport Transportation T-shirt.

We searched for transportation options from Cancun Airport to the hotel zone. Since Cancun Airport Transportation was well rated and recommended, I decided to book a transportation van with them to the Fiesta Americana and Condesa roundtrip. As soon as I arrived in Cancun, the staff was outside the arrivals terminal, everything was well organized, and they gave me a few bottles of water. The vehicles are private. I mean that only my companion and I were in the Van. The staff is very friendly. They follow the safety protocols and are very responsible for driving. For my return, we were picked up by a gentleman named Roberto, who was very friendly and social, with whom we talked about the perfect experience we had in Cancun. I recommend this company because their service is excellent, they are very hygienic and friendly, there is exclusivity in transportation and above all the price is very fair—a sincere recommendation.

My family and I have used the private shuttle many times. Cancun Airport Transportation is always prompt with great prices! Be careful if you take a taxi from the airport, though, because they will try to overcharge you as soon as possible, so make sure that when getting into one of their vehicles, it's clear what price range you're acceptable in terms of rates per hour, etc... Thanks this time around we got Fernando & Alejandro who were excellent drivers
