Did a few sessions of skin booster with them. Recommended skin booster as it makes my skin look and feels good. The results were good and my skin not that dry anymore. The aestheticians were knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did I join the gym, but it was actually effective in helping me reach my goals! Plus, the staff were always friendly and welcoming :)

I went for their postpartum event and honestly felt cheated. The ad made it seem like a free full trial, but it was just a 1â2 minute demo on a small square part of one side of the arm (they call it grid), not even the full arm or both sides. (ONDA machine)
Iâm 6 weeks postpartum, and since it was a postpartum event, I expected suitable treatments. But only when I got there was I told that C-section mummies canât do tummy treatments for 6 months and that many treatments couldnât be done. None of this was mentioned in the ad, which is very misleading.
I did a paid LPG trial since I was already there and didnât want to waste my trip down, but the experience felt messy and uncoordinated. Firstly said she didnât have time to do my paid treatment as she had another customer, but then came back to do it instead, while selling me packages. Only consolation was that the staff wasnât pushy.
I used to be their customer years ago and felt the service quality has really gone downhill. Overall, unclear advertising and poor communication made the whole experience truly disappointing. Wonât be going back there anymore.

Was attracted to cal cosy entrance and was even greeted warmly by receptionist Karei. They brought me to a room to ask about my concerns and my therapist Rayna explained the different machines they have. I did the onda pro treatment and after the treatment I love it so much that I signed a 9 months package. Thank you cal for making me lose my 2kg after 6 months post partum!

I signed up for the 3-month âunlimitedâ Onda Pro package because I was interested in their body sculpting treatment, and the location is very convenient (just across from my workplace). The consultant who sold me the package said I could come for unlimited sessions and even mix and match body areas (e.g., arms and belly in the same session).
But during my very first treatment, I was told I could only do one area at a time, limited to 4 grids per session â meaning I had to choose either arms or belly, not both. This was completely different from what I was told before signing. When I raised my concerns, the consultant was dismissive, gave confusing explanations about âprotocols,â and brushed me off with excuses instead of offering real solutions.
Another issue is the package validity. In their WhatsApp admin chat, I was told the 3 months would start from my first treatment. But when I went down in person, the consultant said it started from the sign-up date â which means time was already running even before I began treatments.
Overall, I feel misled. Poor product knowledge, inconsistent communication, and a lack of concern for whatâs best for the client. Definitely not the experience I expected when signing up for a supposedly âunlimitedâ package
