Very nice place for a lunch. We had a Croque Monsieur and a BLT and we really liked it! It was around 10£ each

My usual place to go for a nice Cullen skink (best one in town!) with a side of chips. Always like the atmosphere and food here :)

Very good food and very nice customer service, especially the Polish waitress

I ordered outside catering for a staff training day and I couldn’t fault the service, delivery or food. When I went in to order, I was greeted warmly and nothing I requested was a bother - even though it was a quick two day turnaround. Correspondence from then on was quick and informative, and delivery was spot on. The food was wonderful too. I ordered sandwiches, quiches, soup, traybakes and their hot pots and everyone was raving about it. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in ordering again. Thank you so much!

I was visiting Inverness mid-week recently and really liked the social enterprise ethos of Cafe Artysans so thought I would try it for a light lunch. I had soup of the day with bread & butter and a pot of tea. The soup was home made tomato & basil and was very tasty. The tea (loose-leaf Earl Grey) was lovely, possibly the nicest Earl Grey tea I've had and was a generously sized pot for 1 person, the pot kept it hot for ages too. Service was attentive but unobtrusive. I ate just before 12 and it was quiet when I came in but by the time I left there were people queuing for a table, it seems justifiably very popular.

Very lovely cafe, nice atmosphere, large seating area and kid friendly with plenty of space for strollers etc. The coffee and millionaires shortbread were very good.

Very disappointing, underwhelming and very expensive! Their description of a 'hearty breakfast' is a bit of a joke. The breakfast was minimal with one mediocre sausage, one slice of tough bacon, one thin slice of black pudding, and chips??? No tomatoes, no mushrooms, and NO TOAST! You had to buy your own tea or coffee on top of the £15 for the breakfast. The place was clean and roomy, NOT cosy as in the description. No real atmosphere nor theme. Service was merely adequate. No genuine interest given to us. We WERE accepted without fuss with our service dog, who was given a bowl of water.

Great food good service

Compassionate. The wonderful Cafe Artysans sits, tucked away out of sight and captures return visitors with it's high standards across the board. However, what sets Cafe Artysans apart is their friendliness and MISSION to build people up. After listening to staff and watching their interactions I saw an excellent team dynamic, where they supported each-other tremendously, one staff member walking in was welcomed warmly and clearly very cared for by their peers, this extends to the customer and you can feel the warmth and trust in this clean and inviting setting. Staff are very friendly and will go above and beyond to accommodate you. The lady who served me (Jacky) was very friendly and offered some recommendations for sight-seeing around Inverness. Cafe Artysans stands out as much as a charity as it does a cafe, supporting young people into developing key practical skills and professional standards to prepare them for later life. Thank you Cafe Artysans for an inspiring full breakfast. Cafe Artysans is your first stop for quality eating in the Ness.

Short staffed? Bit of a grumpy welcome because it was v busy, I think but great food and good service after a fair wait. Would go back.

Delicious food and benefitting the community

We both had a really nice breakfast here, a large full breakfast and a small breakfast. Both were really tasty and all well cooked. Nice tea and coffee too. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly, The whole place was very clean and tidy and also pretty busy. Would deffo come again.
