I recently used bye bye junk. They were quick to drop the bin off and pick up. Overall a very simple process. There payment/invoice process was easy to use and when I had the first bin picked up and a 2nd one dropped off it was pretty seamless. Why only 2 stars? There is a total lack of transparency in pricing and overages. They allot 1.5 tons of weight, I used a 15 foot bin and without going over the edge was charged an additional ton on the first bin and an additional 3 tons on the 2nd. I knew I would be over but I expected a picture of the scale proving how much over I was. For all I know I was 10lbs over and got charged a full ton ($90). The $400 for a bin ended up being $500 and $700 respectively and I have no idea what the weights actually ended up being. Lacks transparency, could easily be fixed so the consumer is not left questioning if they got hosed on pricing.

So to be clear. I am not a customer. But make sure you pay or the driver will dump your trash all over the area the bin was. I get it. They’re a business. But this is just gross. Pretty sure there is a law against this. Making a formal complaint to the city.

They arrived within a few hours of my calling them and took the items that other junk removal companies would not. Very friendly, fast, efficient service. Would 100% recommend.

Great service. The bin came on the day and time expected, and was picked up when if was expected. My only complaint about the bin was on the bottom it was covered in brown oil which was tracked into my house while moving items to the bin. I ended up finding an old box to lay down on it to prevent slipping and tracking the oil. I would suggest that the company perhaps hose out the bin before bringing it to the next location especially if there is oil in the bin as it will ruin carpets and clothing. Overall a great experience!

It was a very inexpensive option for us. I found a helper on Kijiji who helped me move stuff into the bin. No hidden fees. Highly recommend Bye Bye Junk.

This is my first experience with any bin rental service and it was superb! As a tech professional, I have to give a thumb up on how streamlined their online booking and payment system is. All processing was crisp. I was a bit anxious about what time they would deliver the bin but I couldn’t find anyone to talk to. Then on the day of delivery, I got a SMS notification saying how many minutes the bin was away for drop-off. The friendly driver and a supervisor came with the truck, dropped the bin off as instructed during the booking process and that’s it. We filled the bin up and on the pick up day, I got the same notification about when the pickup would happen. I didn’t need to be home either time. As you can see, the bin was covered. Both drop-off and pickup were done before 10:30 AM. It’s truly hassle free!

what a phenomenal company and what exemplary customer service. Bye-bye Junk responded Immediately to my Questions I had left on their voicemail when I called them. What a refreshing, pleasant and positive response I received from Jasmine, who Clearly and efficiently answered my questions and arranged for a pick up time literally that night. I was extremely impressed And so pleasantly surprised by this company’s efficiency in Scheduling a pick up time, invoicing, Communication And confirmation that the job had been completed !! I can't stress enough how impressed I was by this company. In addition to their VERY reasonable pricing, they also have great customer service. We were doing landscaping at our house and ordered the 4yd sod/soil bin. We were really concerned about the weight since we filled it to the top, but we were assured that their trucks could handle it. The delivery was on time and the bin was placed perfectly on the driveway (no driving over flower beds etc), there was zero damage to the driveway, and the pickup was seamless. We did not receive any extra/surprise charges and were given afew different options for payment. We would recommend Bye Bye Junk to anyone!
