General cleaning and tidying
The cleaner (X) always arrives promptly and gets going immediately. She is thorough and does not skimp/cut corners. She is strong so gets things cleaner than I can. She got a shine on my oven hood that no body else could (and one person actually made worse). She turns the mattress for me . X also thinks things through for herself, often coming up with better ways of doing things than me. She is compassionate so that when I spilled something on a dual double duvet, she took that to the drycleaners in her own time and persuaded them to do it in the afternoon. I am full of praise
