BEWARE! They clean the vehicle but never did fix the vehicle! Still have the same issues and problems with my van. Very Infuriating and frustrating! BEWARE!!!

Top notch service from beginning to end. Booking with Mrs. Arduini over the phone was easy. She explained everything I needed to know about renting this vehicle. On my pick up date I was given a lesson on operating the ramp and securing the wheelchair once inside. The vehicle’s interior was spacious and comfortable. My final bill was exactly what was discussed during booking. I highly recommend JJB Van Rentals.

If you're going to have a vehicle converted for wheelchair accessibility, this is the place these are the people. Professionals within the industry for many years they know how to do it. I'm eager to work with these people get this deal done. Chris in the service department is very nice very accommodating, Jordan sales department everybody's been nice. These are the people I want to do business with it's a relationship for years. They're putting a docking system in to hold my wheelchair down so I don't have to use the straps that destroy my wheelchair. My friend pedrito needed hand controls installed since he can't feel the pressure in his legs. The hand controls were installed and they worked great for pedrito. He paid like 2000 dollars to install those hand controls and the work great. If you are disabled or in a wheelchair this place can install hand controls so u can drive with your hands. 👍
