He thinks he can, But he can't? 3 Stars awarded for utilizing a great quote I saw on one of the adverts for this firm. “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't – you're right,” -H. Ford Other than that I can't even get the website to accept a submittal, believe me I have tried 20-30 times. Just get -xError- So I cannot say anything about his lawyering skills, wish I could have though. Took too much hard work to get there just to come apart now.

I contacted this firm and I got a email on 01-28-2026 that they would be in contact with me shortly about my case and it is now 02-16-2026 and I haven't heard nothing else from them so that's why I gave the one star would have gave zero if I could I mean after I sent in my information you would think in this business I would got a response yes or no if they could take my case

I attempted to contact this firm for counsel for three consecutive days. I spoke with someone each day who took my information down and stated they would have the office in touch with me soon. After the second day, we attempted to visit in person at the Newton location, where we were informed we could not be seen without an appointment. To book an appointment, the office needed to send us an email link, which never occurred. I finally spoke with someone from the office and gave a secondary email alongside of the initial email I gave - still no link sent. I called once more and was assured the office would reach me by the end of the day. We are now 5 days out from my initial attempt and I still have not heard from the office and am unsure how to receive services from the firm, forcing me to seek counsel elsewhere. I even attempted to contact them on Facebook as a last resort because we have heard nothing but good things about Mr. Burt’s firm! Hopefully the poor communication, or lack thereof, can be resolved for future clientele.
