Upon walking in I received a warm welcome 🤗. Y'all know I'm big on customer service ❤️. They were playing Luther!! That set the mood for me to order my pizza 🍕. I decided on cauliflower crust with plant lovers on top. Y'all know I been trying to manage the diabetes and high blood pressure so this is a real treat. Y'all they have something for everyone!! They have meat lovers all types of seafood, vegetables and vegan cheese!!! They have wings 🍗 and salad 🥗 I hate to report that the floors were a little unkept 😔 but it was only one Pizzaiolo so she was stretched thin. The tables were clean. My pizza tasted amazing 😋 🤤. There is plenty of parking it's easily accessible and just a cool vibe. I came here for lunch and I dined in. The Pizzaiolo was so sweet and ensured I was enjoying my experience that really made me feel valued! The service was fast and I was so busy vibing to Luther the 5 minute wait was enjoyable ❤️ I will definitely be back!!!
I forgot to mention they are givers of a great cause that everyone deserves to eat!!! How awesome is that!!!!

TRIVES OFF OF HIS FRIENDS REVIEWS . most of his reviews are his friends , he only hires high school kids which is weird because it’s always some new person making my pizzas , talks rude to managers , only cares about Waldorf location instead of Largo . Ryan never looks clean and presentable .
This place needs to take the vegan options off the menu!!! They are constantly letting people purchase their vegan option while knowing there are no vegan ingredients available at the location. Then once you ask for a refund they tell you it will take 48 hours to return to your card!!?!?!? That is ridiculous. Either someone needs to update the online menu accordingly or vegan options need to be removed completely. STOP WASTING PEOPLES MONEY!!
My wife and travel a lot and we have fallen in love with burnbox Pizza. But what makes the one in Watkins Park Md. are the people that take pride in what they do. Not just making pizza's! Making friends by treating everyone that walk’s through the door feel like lifetime customers. The manager Ryan and his team treated me like family without knowing me. This is a rare gift in this society. Thank you Burnbox and Ryan for cultivating an experience like my wife and I just had. You have me for life!

My first time to BurnBox. Kept passing by it in the parking lot heading to another establishment. I was akways stopping to allow pedestrians to cross. They always had pizza boxes. I thought, i need to go in there, it must be good. The owner himself fixed my pizza. Call had to call back after I had eaten it to tell him how good it was and I would surely be back. Good taste!
Got the naked wings as well. Reasonable prices.

Ordered a pizza, but 40 minutes later it was not ready and I was promised 20-25. The girls that work there are very slow. Cooking one pizza at a time and there were 3 of them. I initially left after observing them preparing the Pizza. The dough was touching their clothes, The one girl who took my order touched the screen and proceeded to touch the dough with the same gloves. I was disappointed and disgusted, and left without the pizza.
