We sadly did not have the best experience with Burly Boyz. We moved from Calgary to Toronto. The movers in Calgary arrived 3 hours late. In Toronto the movers arrived 2 hours early which was a struggle with work. When our stuff arrived in Toronto our bed hardware was missing, our couch was stained, and the insurance forms we signed with the Calgary movers were never received by admin...Thank goodness for Jennifer from their customer service team. She was extremely organized, understanding of our situation, and an excellent communicator. I would be hesitant to use them again.

I had the best move with burly boyz in Toronto. I moved locally and Erik, and his co workers. Never had any stress the whole move! Would recommend to anybody looking to take the stress out of moving with the relief of the Burly Boyz. Trustworthy, reliable, and reasonable prices for the amount of caution to my belongings, walls, and heavy furniture!

Really great service that took a significant amount of stress off of a large move from Calgary to SW Ontario. NOTHING was damaged and I mean nothing (not even my large mirror or any of my champagne flutes ;) ) In Calgary, Josh and Riel were an excellent help. They disassembled my furniture and packed everything with care, plus were very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable with my choice. In Ontario, the team was equally kind and careful and finished the job very quickly. It's almost like magic my stuff came the way it did, and I am so grateful. Would definitely use again without question if I make any other big moves.

Our move from Toronto to Victoria with Burly Boyz was a great experience from start to finish. Everybody was friendly and professional and helped minimize the stress in the whole venture. Elizabeth provided the estimate on the phone based on my description of the content walking from room to room. It turned out to be very accurate. We maintained good communication with her and Dawn throughout the process. They patiently answered questions and satisfied our requests. The crews on both sides lead by Marwin and Bektas were not only burly but also polite and accommodating. I would hire Burly Boyz again and highly recommend them. Their price was the best and the service was excellent. Thank you, Burly Boyz!

We used Burly Boyz Moving & Storage to move from southwestern Ontario to Edmonton. We found there was a personal touch which we haven’t had in previous cross country moves. They were spot on with communication and very professional. They were always available for questions and kept us informed about the move. There were no hidden prices and with such a great staff and pricing, we will be recommending them to our friends and family. Overall, service was quick, efficient and friendly The quote matched up with the end total fairly well, it was a couple grand more after fees and tax and what not The person I spoke to on the phone initially, Milan, is why I chose to use burly boyz to move us cross country. He was very patient with my questions and took an inventory right over the phone. I would recommend burly boyz for a big move for sure
