Dr. Lee and her were incredibly generous and knowledgeable during my appointment. Dr. Lee laid out my treatment options in a clear, objective, and professional manner. She walked me through the pros and cons of each option carefully and asked me questions about my goals and preference and truly listened to the answers. That is a gift! Her team was kind and gentle and explained everything they were doing. I felt like I was in excellent hands and I appreciated greatly that Dr. Lee and her team left me feeling more informed and knowledgeable about my health and care. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and her team!
I can't recommend. If you pay attention you notice her staff changes constantly. I agree with another reviewer that wrote that you sometimes get a professional Dr. Lee, and other times you get a snarky passive aggressive Dr. Lee. This treatment is expensive and the trays she is providing seem to be a cheap knock off. They are not Invisalign brand. If I understood they were not the actual Invisalign I would not have started my child there. If your child complains about fit or something she is quick to invalidate it. Will switch with next child. Did you see how she responded to another reviewer?

We've had a great experience with Dr. Lee and her entire team. They are incredibly kind, communicative, and organized.
For kids in the local school district, the staff thoughtfully schedules appointments around their dismissal/holiday schedules, where possible.
The team explains everything clearly so my tween feels comfortable with all the steps in the process.
Teddy the office mascot is also a highlight of every office visit!
I had a wonderful experience with this dental office. All staff are friendly; helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Lee is an expert in her craft. With Burlingame Smile Studio, you can be assured that you're well taken cared of and in good hands.
I would give a 0 star if I could to this place. I had an awful phone call experience. I called to make an appointment to see the orthodontist because I was interested to do a treatment. The receptionist or whoever answered the phone asked me why I wanted to se the orthodontist. I explained that I had Invisalign treatment before and I did not like the results and I said I did the treatment about 6 years ago and I went back again for the second time but it the results was worse then before so I ended the treatment. And her answer was (why you donât go back to that the place again)?I donât know what part she didnât understand that I did the treatment twice and I still did not see a good result. Is that the way they treat the person who wanted to become a new patient???!

She may be a decent orthodontist, but she cares more about her bottom line and not exceeding the initial time frame of treatment than making sure her patients teeth are nice and straight. My daughter had a slight imperfection along the top row of her teeth and Dr Lee brushed it off like it was no big deal.
Again, disappointing for a highly priced provider, and she charges separately for retainers.

Dr. April Lee is the best! From our initial meeting she made me feel at ease and completely comfortable with the idea of getting braces. And I had reservations for years about straightening my teeth, mostly just from some perceived stigma and fear of the unknown. But after doing it, I thought to myself why didn't I do this sooner? Dr. Lee made everything so easy. She runs her practice with extreme efficiency. They always take me in at my scheduled appointment time and are always ready to go. Dr. Lee and her staff are absolute professionals and so warm and friendly. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Burlingame Smile Studio and I am so pleased with the results. Dr. April is exceptional! She clearly explains the treatment plan, options, and process. When questions arise itâs been easy to call and speak with the doctor. My two sons are also undergoing treatment with expanders and Invisalign and the staff has been extremely welcoming and flexible with scheduling needs.
