The place is ok with good facilities (down the road close to the river, so no great view unfortunately), but 32 pounds for a tiny tent with 2 people is not justified in my opinion. Most expensive campsite I found in Scotland so far.

David hat uns alles erklärt und tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir konnten mit unserem Van über Nacht bleiben obwohl er eigentlich keinen Platz mehr frei hatte, zwar ohne Strom aber stört uns nicht. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Platz im Wald am Bach.

Was in the area for 2 weeks and could not have chosen a better place to pitch my tent. Felt completely welcomed and at home immediately, despite being a solo traveller, due to the music in the toilets, quiet peaceful atmosphere and of course the wonderful Trish and David. Always keeping an eye out for their guests (especially the solo ones like myself) and such a pleasure to talk to always. Standards for cleanliness and guest experience are outstanding here. They really really care about what they are doing. Thank you for the company!

Campsite was spotless with beautiful surroundings. Nice and quiet, good facilities. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I've stayed in a lot of campsites and this is by far the best. At the foot of the Grampian mountains, bordered by natural woodland and with the River Spean running alongside it the location is to die for. It's not near any roads so it's dead quiet too. There's also tons of space so it's simple to have some privacy. David and Trisha who run it are fabulous. Very welcoming and helpful. They keep the place very organised and very clean and tidy. The shower block is a delight, so clean and with the most powerful showers. There are rules (dogs on lead, no sanitary towels down the loos etc) but unlike many campsites it's not plagued by numerous stern signs. There's all the facilities you'd expect; dish washing place (with washing up liquid provided), drying room, fridge/freezer, extensive WiFi, lots of picnic tables, charging points, hookups, cassette and grey water disposal and much more. It's very close for climbing Ben Nevis but really, you don't have to leave. There is ample space for kids games and there's swimming, kayaking and brown trout fishing on the rivers Spean and Roy. If you are good with a small spinner it's easily possible to catch your breakfast. I didn't stay in the lodges or pods but was told they were top notch, most recently refurbished and with very comfy beds. All in all a most excellent campsite and holiday park. You can even catch a sleeper train from London to Roy Bridge station only 30 metres from the entrance. How fantastic is that? David and Trisha have done wonders with Bun Roy.

Was using a caravan. Very rutted and bumpy entrance with two sheep gradients. Very expensive at £37 per night. Very small number of showers for size of site. Would not use again.

We was doing a trip we went from Lake District, Glasgow, fort William and Edinburgh. And this was the best place staying wise it was clean the showers were great the bathroom was always clean good spacious place. We would definitely come again

The owners here are welcoming, going above and beyond to not only help us, but making sure we have the best possible stay. So friendly and a fantastic family run site. It's beautiful, absolutely spotlessly clean and the showers are amazing. We stayed here at the beginning of our journey, and intentionally came back a different route to stay here again.

A lovely campsite. Stayed with our motorhome. Friendly welcome. Very good facilities. Well laid out with large pitches and ehu. Drive over drain. Pretty location by river and near rail station at Roy Bridge. Free wifi.

We stayed one night in the pod, the mattress was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean, peaceful and quiet with playing baby bunnies and song thrushes surrounded by stunning scenery

Excellent well maintained site! From the moment we arrived we where have to feel very welcome. Trish and David couldn't of been more helpful! The site facilities are immaculate. We will definitely be returning next year!

Useful stop on our tour of Scotland. Sadly the weather was abysmal so we were unable to do much walking. Main disadvantage is that the site is north of the river with no nearby bridge crossings. This meant that doing walks from the site to the hills/mountains to the south is difficult. However the campsite facilities were good and the reception welcoming. Overall a good stay.

2 dgn een pod gehuurd omdat de weersvoorspelling slecht was. Prima bedden, schoon , waterkoker, magnetron en verwarming, meer heb je niet nodig. Goed sanitair, netjes schoon en zeer warm water! Aardige dame vd camping en een heel mooi veld om op te staan. Al op wat andere campings geweest maar deze is zeker 5 sterren waard!

Great campsite with fantastic facilities. Lots of options from camping, park ups, pods etc. Nice and quiet. Service from the owners was great. Trish was lovely and welcoming explained everything. There’s a lovely reception with books, games, charging, maps etc. Everything was immaculate and well maintained. The site has picnic tables that can be moved about and several areas to pitch and park. We camped down near the river and saw lots of rabbits running about and a deer as well . Such a nice outdoor space. Would highly recommend.

Great campsite within walking distance of train station and restaurant. On site facilities very good, and very clean, only constructive feedback would be better hand dryers and lockable wash basins.
