It's a shame that they steal, and don't back up their clients! I have been using this site for 3+ years and have spent in excess of $24K with bulkbuddy. I have been very happy in the past but started to suspect that I was not getting my full order. On my last order I made sure to have a scale and weighed what was sent directly out of the box to find they had only sent me half of my order (QP instead of a HP). I have spent 1.5 weeks trying to make contact and every time, I have been ghosted and my chat has been shut down. Emails go unacknowledged. I am fully disabled and very budgeted and count on this for pain management and they do not even care enough to answer me, even to say "too bad, so sad!" I DO NOT recommend purchasing from bulkbuddy as they steal from you and have no customer service what-so-ever. Complete buyer beware!

AAAAA I am genuinely impressed with Bulk Buddy. The selection is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options that you don't always find elsewhere. Paired with their excellent prices, it's hard to beat the value they provide. I did have a question and found the customer service response to be a bit slow. However, I contacted them over the weekend, so that was likely the reason for the delay. Overall, it was a great experience. The quality of the products for the price is outstanding. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Good Deals Non-Existent Support. I'd like to start by saying Bulk Buddy has hands down the best deals and inventory I've come across. I've placed 10 orders being happy with 99% of the items I've received. However it's that 1% that brings me here. I got 2oz of GG#4 and could immediately tell something was wrong. I opened a ticket the same day, Friday Jan 23rd and waited. After over 5 business days of waiting I opened another ticket. I waited 13 business days to hear back on either of the two tickets. I still haven't heard anything. At the time of this review it has been 18 business days since first reaching out to support, and I still nothing. I'm really disappointed in Bulk Buddy's support, or lack there of. This review isn't meant to bash Bulk Buddy, but hopefully bring light to an issue. I still plan to order from them in the future.

Unreachable and lost my money I’ve used this service many times before without issues, but this time has been a nightmare. I’ve been trying to contact them repeatedly, but they are ignoring me. Despite following all the proper steps, I’ve lost $700 that the bank confirms was sent, and now there’s no way to reverse it. Very disappointed and feel completely ripped off. If the site is under investigation will i get my stuff back or money.

Waiting I submitted an order and have waited the standard 4 days. Nothing arrived. I checked my account and in small letters at the top of the page was a note that my order had been cancelled. No reasons were given. No money returned. I am on a fixed income and was hoping to purchase pot at a good price. you can’t keep people’s money and not explain or return the money.

Fix login I like to protect yourself, but the problem is trying to find your login and log out because of this. I can’t find my points. I can’t find my files that I’ve last ordered. I can’t find nothing. UPS Do not ship to PO Box.. several days have gone by the package remains in the warehouse with a UPS lablel. I cannot stess how terrible these people are

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER The prices are decent but the customer service is horrendous! My first few orders shipped on time with relatively no issues aside from seeds in one batch, which they refunded quickly. My order was put in 4 days ago and I get no update on my package still today! (which is the day Canada Post estimated it to arrive. They refuse to change the address so I can pick it up at the post office, they refuse to send via another carrier so I can get it before the holidays and the kicker is the customer service has been selectively answering my questions and ignoring the rest. I made a request for a credit for the reason that when I ordered I should have had it this week and yet might not receive it for another week and a half if I do not take the day off and wait for the delivery yet none of my emails have been answered. the site live chat is useless and does not work the way they say it does.

PISSED OFF We order some weed they took our e transfer then pit our order on hold wouldn't respond to our messages asking why We thought OK let's wait the 4 business days and we did on the fourth day we received an email saying our order was canceled and now we can't get our $235 back we are nit happy with the site at all and if we don't receive our money by the end of the day we are turning all information over to the OPP and you can deal with them I highly recommend to use another site why have a place for messaging when you don't message back.😡🤬🤬😡

Unfortunate Don’t order from this website unless you’d like to have majority of your order missing and when you go to contact them about it they say “that’s not possible” with zero follow up for the next several days basically ghost when you got any sort of issue. Any sort of business you should never talk the way this person did I wouldn’t recommend this site.
