Superb quality Been ordering now for a few months. Superb quality buds and concentrates. Orders always arrive timely and with tracking. Had one issue where I entered in transfer note the wrong identifier number. I tried reaching out using the on site chat bot, no luck at first also via email, then I found somewhere that the site chatbot only opens specific hours for a response from a person. Upon trying next once the open hours started, staff immediately were writing back and I got the confirmation email of the order starting processing. Their customer service could be a little better via the email however. Have not found a cheaper spot than here. Highly recommend them.

Bullshit customer service ** ripped of disappointed customer Ripped off on my fourth purchase, and when I tried to resolve the issue, their customer service was completely unresponsive. I reached out through their chat feature and sent several emails to different addresses listed on their site, but I got no reply whatsoever. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I reached out to their customer service team, and they resolved the problem shortly after. They were quick, polite, and made the whole process quick. My bank blocked it i thought it went through. Once i called the bank, my payment got processed and my package shipped fast and arrived exactly as expected. The best part is the product itself—it is absolute fire. The quality is amazing, potent, and fresh. It is great to find a company that steps up and fixes problems right away. I highly appreciate their solid customer support and top-tier products. I will definitely order from them again.

They will not follow up, and don't care about ripping you off. Contacted them through email and their site about an incomplete order. No reply. It was a 3.5 grams of kief. He stiffed me for 14 bucks on a $170 order. Pretty dumb.

The package went missing, and after nearly a month of waiting, it was officially marked as lost. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, I’ve had no useful response or resolution. Their online help tool is also misleading—it claims someone is available, but no one replies. I’ve lost $150, which is devastating as I rely on this for medicinal use. I’m extremely disappointed and feel let down by the lack of support or accountability.
