Ripped off on my fourth purchase, and when I tried to resolve the issue, their customer service was completely unresponsive. I reached out through their chat feature and sent several emails to different addresses listed on their site, but I got no reply whatsoever. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I recently placed an order with bulkbuddy,. At first, I ran into a small issue with my EMT payment. I reached out to their customer service team, and they resolved the problem shortly after. They were quick, polite, and made the whole process quick. My bank blocked it i thought it went through. Once i called the bank, my payment got processed and my package shipped fast and arrived exactly as expected. The best part is the product itself—it is absolute fire. The quality is amazing, potent, and fresh.
It is great to find a company that steps up and fixes problems right away. I highly appreciate their solid customer support and top-tier products. I will definitely order from them again.

It was a 3.5 grams of kief. He stiffed me for 14 bucks on a $170 order.

Frustrating lack of support
I used to have great experiences before, but my recent order has been a disaster. The package went missing, and after nearly a month of waiting, it was officially marked as lost. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support, I’ve had no useful response or resolution. Their online help tool is also misleading—it claims someone is available, but no one replies. I’ve lost $150, which is devastating as I rely on this for medicinal use. I’m extremely disappointed and feel let down by the lack of support or accountability.

Unreliable and poor communication
They canceled my order despite charging me, which was very frustrating as I had ordered from them over 20 times before without any issues. As a loyal customer, I expected better. To make matters worse, there was no clear communication about the cancellation, and they did not respond to my messages when I tried to reach out. This experience has really made me doubt their reliability.

It's a shame that they steal, and don't back up their clients!
I have been using this site for 3+ years and have spent in excess of $24K with bulkbuddy. I have been very happy in the past but started to suspect that I was not getting my full order. On my last order I made sure to have a scale and weighed what was sent directly out of the box to find they had only sent me half of my order (QP instead of a HP). I have spent 1.5 weeks trying to make contact and every time, I have been ghosted and my chat has been shut down. Emails go unacknowledged. I am fully disabled and very budgeted and count on this for pain management and they do not even care enough to answer me, even to say "too bad, so sad!"
I DO NOT recommend purchasing from bulkbuddy as they steal from you and have no customer service what-so-ever. Complete buyer beware!

I am genuinely impressed with Bulk Buddy. The selection is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options that you don't always find elsewhere. Paired with their excellent prices, it's hard to beat the value they provide.
I did have a question and found the customer service response to be a bit slow. However, I contacted them over the weekend, so that was likely the reason for the delay.
Overall, it was a great experience. The quality of the products for the price is outstanding. I will definitely be a returning customer.
