Dog water support They try to manipulate you into thinking that you can resolve the issue with your bank, which feels like a tactic to make you forget about the problem altogether. This approach is unprofessional. Highly recommend everyone to stay away from them and do your research before ordering from these people.

Terrible website used to be alright Terrible service cannot get a hold of anyone after I ordered a hp off them. I've contacted many times and still nothing. I'd recommend people to stay far away from this website as they shorted my last order by 3 ounces as well.

Terrible solutions no real customer support #772536 Terrible customer service takes zero accountability for their actions. I've been contacting bulkbuddy for 3 weeks now about an order that I had placed on sep 3 and they've been extremely slow with the replies with no real intention of helping you fix the issue. When something goes wrong you're completely left out to dry would not trust this site to order from. Mind you they go out there way to delete and report bad reviews to keep themselves in business which already is shady on its own.

Scam website , no resolution I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I can no longer recommend this website. I placed an order for $380, and while the payment went through immediately and I received a confirmation email, there were no updates after two days. When I checked, my order was marked as "on hold." I reached out multiple times, but the only response I received asked for my order number, which I had already included in my initial contact. It’s frustrating to lose $380, especially since I had ordered this specifically for a trip. Recommend everyone to stay away from this bs website.

Terrible support, endless frustration The customer support here is absolutely terrible. I experienced a failed automatic transfer that was neither completed nor cancelled, and nobody informed me about the issue or explained why it happened. When I tried to resolve it, I was stuck going back and forth between the bank and the company,each telling me to contact the other. This endless runaround wasted so much time and left me incredibly frustrated. they just don't care

Took my money and cancelled my order I followed all the instructions perfectly and even confirmed my payment with proof, yet they canceled my order after ignoring me for a week. When I finally got a response, they refused to resolve the issue, suggesting I deal with my bank instead, even though they had already accepted the money. Despite providing all evidence, they continue to ignore me, and now I’m out a few hundred dollars. I won’t be ordering here again and will warn others to avoid this company.

Hash from B/B Bought some hash the last few orders. The Black Gold Afghani was your typical black hash but the price point was great. The Mazar Shariff Afghani was awesome, reminded me of Caramello Cream hash from Amsterdam. Yummy

Best to Stay Away I used this site a few times, then I ordered and my email was never excepted and that's when I discovered, after several attempts, that they DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. So if they reply to this review by telling me to contact the Customer Service Department, it's a scam. Totally unreliable. I'd advise anyone to try some place else.

BEWARE!!! This used to be my go to site. would order half pounds, and pounds multiple time a month. Lately the quality comtrol has been teerible. my last order from last week was another HP. which was 8grams short and over 12 grams of unusable leafy shake. contacted them , showed pictures . they responded once and they are now ghosting me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN

Superb quality Been ordering now for a few months. Superb quality buds and concentrates. Orders always arrive timely and with tracking. Had one issue where I entered in transfer note the wrong identifier number. I tried reaching out using the on site chat bot, no luck at first also via email, then I found somewhere that the site chatbot only opens specific hours for a response from a person. Upon trying next once the open hours started, staff immediately were writing back and I got the confirmation email of the order starting processing. Their customer service could be a little better via the email however. Have not found a cheaper spot than here. Highly recommend them.

Bullshit customer service ** ripped of disappointed customer Ripped off on my fourth purchase, and when I tried to resolve the issue, their customer service was completely unresponsive. I reached out through their chat feature and sent several emails to different addresses listed on their site, but I got no reply whatsoever. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
