Their prices are very fair, especially for the level of service and communication they provide.
We had Buffalo Landscape Design completely redo the plantings at the front and back of the house. The work also involved removing an old sidewalk that ran to and across the back of the house, replacing the area with grass/beds. Brandon gave us excellent suggestions for plants on the sunny side and shade sides of the house. The work was just completed and looks great. Minor changes in layout were accepted without even raising and eyebrow. We asked and got professional opinions from Brandon but the ultimate decisions were all on us. We'd get exactly what we wanted. Pricing was very reasonable, about in the middle of quotes we got. We would highly recommend Buffalo Landscape and Design for any landscape work you need.
I was initially pleased with Buffalo Landscaping and Design. They were receptive to my budget, which gave me confidence moving forward. However, the plant selection they proposed did not match my preferences. I offered some alternative suggestions and requested a revised proposal, but unfortunately, I never received a response. I followed up multiple times via email and phone with no reply. Poor communication and lack of follow-through ultimately made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
Very very happy with the way our garden beds turned out! Would definitely recommend Buffalo Landscape Design for anyone looking for reliable, professional and efficient landscapers. We contacted them and they got back to us promptly, came out for an estimate, and started the project within a week or two! We will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks so much, Brandon!
