I have been using Bubble Beach Laundry services for a couple if years now. Pick up and delivery guys are usually very friendly and helpful. The laundry comes back clean.
However, I'm only giving 3* because they cannot fold, or do not want to fold properly. Even my teenagers fold better. It's usually crumbled up and pretty messy. I have to at least refold 70% of my laundry, which defies the purpose of using this service. I have let them know while submitting my order, but nothing has changed.

This is the first time I have used a laundry service.
GREAT JOB!
- The clothes were folded better than I fold them, sorted, and packaged to prevent getting lost or dirty along the route.
- Communication with the driver was very good and friendly.
- The driver arrived at the time promised.
- They made doing the laundry easy! It is worth every penny.
I gave them fragrance-free detergent to be used but they didn’t use it. Clothes are full of fragrance which irritates skin. No response to my vm or text.
