I called Monday for help with a small tax problem. Said they would call me back. It's now Wednesday. If it was tax season I'd understand. It makes me agree with another comment about never getting calls returned. And being a bit upset about it. If you don't want my small amount of business, just say so. I only gave a star so I could let you know it's not a good professional look for you. I'll take my measly tax problem elsewhere thank you.
The absolute best tax service around! I have been coming here since 2018, and have always had a great experience... highly recommend! They go above and beyond what's expected, and communication has never been an issue. Thank you for everything Jennifer, Chris, and Kylin! I really appreciate your help!
In previous years, I've also worked with Michelle, Bev and Doug... they have been wonderful as well. This is why I continue to come back every year.
A great experience with my tax specialist Jennifer. She walked this old farmer right through the process. Of course after she answered many of my questions. Thank you for being patient with me! Bev and Doug have always been pleasant and helpful in the past and I'm sure they will continue. I'd recommend these folks to anyone!
I had a poor experience with Bev. I often found her difficult to reach. I would call multiple times before I would receive a call back. On at least one occasion I received mail from the IRS which I forwarded to Bev. It went unanswered.
Mostly recently I learned my business taxes had been filed incorrectly. Admittedly, I was partially responsible for this error as I had wrong information on my end. Bev took over a week to respond by which time I had already had someone else take care of it. Only when I went into the office in person with my complaint did I receive a call back. Both the person at the front desk and Bev were quite dismissive of my concern. Bev asked at one point 'how long have you been doing taxes' when I expressed difficulty trusting her advice due to my current tax circumstances. Through many calls to the IRS, I learned that my business' taxes were pending with the IRS because they were on the incorrect form. I would think my tax preparer would be aware my returns were not accepted. I also learned that my business taxes were not filed at all for one of the years. When I asked Bev about why they weren't filed I was told she had a medical concern that year and it was a tough year. The only remedy I was offered for any of the concerns was that she would file the amendments. I elected not to do that due to my inability to trust their work.
I can't honestly recommend her to anyone in good faith.

This used to be a very family friendly place, You could talk to Bev or Doug anytime you needed to. Doug retired, not sure about Bev cause you can never get a phone call back anymore. Whoever took over has completely changed it to a robotic place.. No personal interaction like it used to be, want everything done online. Just disappointing, was such a great place where Bev and Doug made you feel welcome. Changing with the times is expected, but to take the human and friendly atmosphere out of it is the sad part.

Met Bev too many years ago to believe when she talked me off the ledge when TurboTax was driving me to the edge. She found all kinds of things I missed and saved me a ton of money over the years. We have been using BTS that last two years and have had a great experience with the team. They set time aside to review our return as well as any questions during the upload process on their app as well as after filing. Their new app is great! Makes it so much easier to upload, review and understand what exactly we need to submit.
