We found Ben after we had been ignored by our previous electrician and been quoted an unrealistic price by another. Ben was like a breath of fresh air when he came to appraise the job, which was to install new kitchen lights. We agreed on what was to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Ben did not stray from any of these variables and we have a fine new set of kitchen lights. Thanks, Ben!

We chose BS Electrical & Renewables to update the electrics in our new bungalow as we had used Ben's services at our old house. We were not disappointed. Both he & his apprentice, Matt, carried out the work to a very high standard. Ben is very polite & knowledgeable. He took us step by step through the work and explained everything to us in detail. We would recommend him very highly.
I would highly recommend BS Electrical. From first visit Ben was polite and professional. He demonstrated excellent knowledge (without jargon) and a genuine commitment to providing the best and most cost effective solutions. All work was carried out to a very high quality and I would definitely use again.
Amazing, friendly and professional service. I originally had them do a survey on a property I was buying and based on the results now had them in for rewire, while they were at my place I asked for an additional socket outside and 2 inside and they fitted this in despite their busy schedule. Ben is first class? Besides being a total professional he is also one of the nicest people I have met. Highly recommended.

Called Ben (BS Electrical) as needed an ECIR Report completed quickly, he came out the very next day. He kept me informed of the checks he was making and also his findings throughout the inspection. He was so friendly and efficient and made me feel at ease, which was very important as I had previously had an electrician visit who was rude and over quoted for some electrical works (they are out there, be careful). At the end of the visit Ben took the time to update me on the essential works which needed to be completed along with an estimated cost. This was then confirmed in an emailed written quote the very same day. I will definitely be using Ben for any future work as straight away I felt confident in his work, in his honesty, in his quote and in his attitude. I can’t thank him enough.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Kept me updated every step of the way maintaining professionalism throughout. This is the second time that BS Electrical has carried our some work for us in different properties and I would not hesitate recommending to others and to use again myself in the future.
Gave a competitive quote and came to do the work when they said they would. Tidied up afterwards. Polite and made some very helpful suggestions when they came to quote.

Ben provided an excellent service. He produced a very clear assessment of the work needed. On the day of his visit he was punctual and efficient. He also took all the necessary Covid precautions. We will certainly use the company again.
