I called and waited a little over ten minutes. I needed help to login because the site was not opening my account. RJ took my call. He fixed everything and stayed with me to show me the reports I was looking for. He helped me set a new password. RJ did great job and was patient with me until all was done!

I spoke with Liz who was pleasant and patient. She explained that I had already accessed the page that had the important information which Jeff Brown had assembled. I had mistakenly thought that there was yet additional information that needed to open up. I now realize that I was in the place that I needed to be. I was forced to cancel my membership with Brownstone today due to health reasons and Ann at customer service made the change easy and quick. She suggested a route that was best for me and implemented that in a short session over the phone. This is unusual service in a cancellation situation and Brownstone should be proud that their service includes quality even when a member must leave. Thanks to Ann and Brownstone.
