For anyone looking for driving lessons at all, if you’re considering booking lessons with Steve, go for it! I’ve just passed my test first time this week and couldn’t feel more confident and ready to drive with a shiny new pink license ?
Way before lockdowns and everything hit, I’d had previous lessons with a different instructor in Scunthorpe, but wasn’t getting full value for my money. When I was ready to pick up lessons again, Steve was able to book me in pretty quickly. Right from the get go, Steve has the perfect balance between professional and friendly, every single lesson was just as fantastic as the last!
I really don’t think it’s possible to ask for a better driving instructor, Steve’s always ready to answer any questions (believe me, I asked plenty!) and has fantastic resources to not only help you understand everything you need to know, but also to keep track of everything you’ve learned. I was pretty fortunate to be able to practice driving with a family member between lessons, who previously hated reversing manoeuvres and now LOVES reverse parallel parking every time they get the opportunity!
I’m very happy to have passed, but I sure will miss lessons with Steve. Thank you so much, Steve, you’re amazing!

I cannot recommend Steve enough for teaching Millie and going out his way to have a weekly lesson available at short notice for her. Encouraged Millie all the way and helped to get her test passed almost 2 months early. If you are after a perfect driving instructor look no further 10/10. 5* instructor.

Steve has been an absolutely amazing driving instructor, he really helped me gain a lot of confidence and to pass my test first time. I’ve been driving on and off for around 3 years or so now and personally my life hasn’t been the easiest. Steve has always been patient and understanding. He is so incredibly kind and caring. Steve is so encouraging and pushes you to better yourself but always at your own pace! You’ll never feel uncomfortable you’ll never feel rushed or be made to feel inadequate, I honestly cannot fault him!
If you’re ever looking into who to chose as your instructor CHOOSE STEVE! I’m 99% certain you’ll not be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend Steve every time . He has been brilliant getting my daughter through her driving test . Very patient very easy going and calm . Gave her tips of driving better and went completely out of his way to get her through the test in what has been a difficult time . A fantastic instructor

Could not thank or recommend Steve enough! After my test being cancelled several times due to COVID and being left without an instructor, Steve went above and beyond to get me some lessons in and make sure I passed my test first time! Amazing service and a lovely lovely person. Highly recommend❤️

Fantastic driving instructor so nice and polite after just a few lessons and his expert tuition my daughter passed first, thanks .... recommend him 100% if you have the confidence to drive then Broughton School of motoring are for you
Steve is a great instructor 100% recommend - he always stays calm and explains everything clearly to make sure you understand properly. I was a really nervous driver before but today I passed with 2 minors, all thanks to Steve!
