Andy was absolutely fabulous. Having a little girl we were pretty upset at having a rat issue, but he quickly put our minds at ease. He used a variety of methods, and rat proofed our house, and the problem was gone in under two weeks. He was reliable and friendly throughout. We were actually on holiday for some of the time, and he came and did what he needed whilst we were away, keeping us informed throughout. I can't recommend Brough Pest Control highly enough.

Andy was fantastic and came out same day to help us deal with rats under our floor. Our cat is no longer pulling up the carpet and our uninvited guests have gone.

Contacted Andy at Brough pest control , because we had an Ant(crawlers and Flying) problem. He came promptly that evening and sprinkled some ant bate in the area of their entry and activity in our kitchen. It took 3 weeks for the nest to be infiltrated, with the poison from ants taking the bate (food) back to the nest. Thank fully all gone now and thank you to Andy for his help and advice.

First time I’ve used Andy for a pest problem we had. From the first conversation we had he was so easy to deal with. Came to have a look and really took the time to investigate what the problem was and offer the right solution. He visited a number of times to check what was going on and was always available when I called. Andy replied to my call straight away and arrived at my house shortly after - even though it was early evening! Set up traps around the perimeter and immediately set my mind at rest that the " pest " would be apprehended and dispatched!! Fantastic service- have no reservations in recommending !

Andy was really helpful. he came out the same day I called, to help me with this problem I had with bee’s. Andy was polite & friendly and explained what he had done to ensure the bee’s did not return. I would recommend his services to anyone having an issue and needing help asap. thank you again ++

Glad Andy was able to assist you promptly and effectively. We wanted to share that only the dead bees were vacuumed up, while the live ones were removed from the window and safely re-released. It seems the nest was likely in the loft, and the bees managed to gain entry through the light fitting, which we've now sealed to prevent future issues.

Having found a small nest in our shed and a very large queen. I messaged Andy within an hour he was at our house. Removed the nest and the queen within a few minutes. Also made recommendations on how to avoid nests again. Great friendly local service and great value.

Having being petrified of wasps for years and discovering a nest, in panic emailed Brough Pest Contral, whilest travelling to london for the day. Stressed all day about what i might find when i get home, but Andy was great and arranged to come as soon as I was home. Checked everywhere and did the treatment and then came back for the follow up, and since just to check after me panicking and finding a large wasp in the house !!! Have already recommend the service to a couple of friends I wouldn't hesitate to recommend again and again

We had noises coming from our eaves so gave Andy a call. He came and had a good look around and gave us a few suggestions of what to do. He talked us through everything and explained all the options clearly. It was all extremely thorough and explained in detail. We did have a rat visiting us so he got to work

We noticed an extra little resident had taken up lodgings within the house.
After first calling the team at brough pest control, Andy gave us some advice on what to try first before even coming out and paying for any services. This was brilliant and much appreciated.
We ended up calling the team back a week or so later after still seeing signs of the little visitor/s.
Andy came out and immediately, set up multiple traps around the areas we had seen activity. Along with this a special fluorescent tracking powder. He was very easy to speak to and offered excellent advice and was very upfront about things.
The prime suspected entrance was the air bricks around the house. Andy offered a solution to cover these up while still allowing the air through. Ever since having these fitted we have not seen any activity in the home.
Payment was easy and instant.
The service offered was great and Andy was able to attend when best suited our needs , something we found very helpful with a busy family life.

Andy went above and beyond and showed real concern that the wasp nest was so close to where my grandchildren walk. He had just got home when I contacted him and he came straight back out. I can't thank him enough and highly recommend.
