I have no complaints with Dr. Broudy. He’s been great to me. However, his front office staff member Felicia is the worst person I’ve ever encountered. She left me a degrading email yesterday speaking down on me bc I hadn’t answered her prior voicemails that I didn’t get as my phone was shut off. When I called back to discuss that maybe she should consider ones insurance is terminated because they lost their job (like me) and I was met with her literally screaming at me. She disconnected the call three times on me and refused to take any type of accountability on her behavior. She should reconsider she position as a front office staff member if she doesn’t know basic common courtesy.
This is the second time I’ve had the same type of issue with Felicia over my 3 years at this office. Completely unprofessional and I unfortunately will be finding a new psychiatrist going forward who doesn’t dismiss/excuse their employees behavior.
Seeing many others reviews stating their issues with the front office, maybe someone should actually look into the front office staff’s unprofessionalism.
I have been coming to Brody and Associates for very close to 20 years! I have seen multiple therapists and my Psychiatrist was Dr Clarkson. She left the practice and a piece of me left with her! No one could fill her shoes, until I started seeing Dr Brody himself! He listens and cares. I just seen today that Dr Clarkson is back. I can't tell you how happy this makes me. If you are looking for a Psychiatrist Dr Peta Clarkson is the one! Dr Brody, don't ever let her leave again! This has been the best Practice hands down!

He may be a good Dr but his staff is less than competent. They are attempting to bill me for services that occurred over a year ago. It’s not clear why no claims were submitted to my insurance and no invoices mailed to me. The gal who kept calling me didn’t even know how to pronounce my provider’s name or know what her practice is called. She also kept calling her a doctor. I’m done with these people. I tried numerous times to resolve this issue and my insurance company even offered to allow them to resubmit the claims as they must have made some kind of error in filing the claim. They said no it’s too late for a claim to be filed. I’m done with these people. Upon their first contact with me they were right off asking me to give them my cc number. I took it to be a scam as they didn’t even have the name correct as to who I was seeing and continued to refer them as a doctor. After hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue they were unable to provide exact dates of service and what insurance company they submitted claims to. If this continues I will start submitting invoices to them for my time spent trying to resolve their error.
I have been under the care of Dr. Broudy and Beth Krieger for nearly eight years, and I truly cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism they provide. From the very beginning, they created a safe, supportive environment where I felt heard, respected, and truly cared for. Over the years, their expertise and unwavering commitment to my well-being have helped me navigate some of the most challenging periods of my life.
Dr. Broudy’s thoughtful, individualized approach and deep understanding of mental health have been instrumental in my growth. Just trying to onboard with this practice has proved to be extremely difficult, lacking in customer service based empathy, and all around unfriendly. I submitted an online application and was contacted via email by Brittany Winder. There was a misunderstanding on the active status of my insurance and it was handled extremely poorly. Brittany insisted my insurance was terminated and even sent a screenshot of an old policy that indeed was not active. Despite clarifying multiple times my policy number, providing screenshots from the insurance portal itself with detailed information, verifying with my insurance company directly and providing their number as they requested to also confirm active status, and leaving my number to be called to further clarify, I was completely ignored and ghosted. Absolutely horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone. Supposed to be in the business of helping people yet made the process of getting help the worst I’ve experienced.
I have been a patient here for a few years and i see dr. Keshwani. She is great to work with and always listens to me. The office staff has always gotten right back to me if I have to reach anyone and the billing department always works with me.

Dr Afzal is very rude and leaves you on read when you message him. Every appointment I paid for was only 5 minutes long and he doesn’t even let you speak or speaks over you. Seemed to me like he just wanted to send me on my way and not even help me. How can you prescribe medicine but not even listen to your patient.
Dr Broudy and his staff are the absolute best. Dr Broudy has been treating my family for over 20 years and I could not ask for a better Doctor. And his staff is always so kind and helpful. I will say I do have a favorite. Felicia!!! She is the best! I am grateful for everyone in this office!

My 17 y/0 daughter was a with Norman Brody Associates. She was being treated for ADHD she missed two appointments in row after them changing her medication. They decided to terminate her care abruptly with no warning whatsoever. She was notified that a letter would be sent With potential options for her to see other physicians and no refills on any of her medication's. It terrifies me to think what they would do to somebody who is actually having a crisis or someone who has schizophrenia or severe bipolar disorder. To actually terminate care so abruptly without any kind of warning. The Psychiatrist Was not very personable. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr broudy is horrible he always answers with idk refuses to believe ne on any symptoms I had and expedites meetings and interrupts you he's horrible I don't see how I had him for so many years. They also only have telahealth visits because of covid most psychiatrist offices are open now covid was in 2020 stop living in fear and get to know your patients face to face do not go here there are better psychiatrists out there
