Don’t recommend it. From having to give my wallet and phone to the front desk (why don’t you provide secure lockers?), to being demanded to lock up my phone and sit staring into space for hours……..It’s a NO FOR ME! They also don’t provide a waiting area. So your escort will be forced to roam the streets for hours. They can’t even come through the front door!………. Glad I walked out and had my procedure elsewhere. P.S. They operate under multiple names. When researching at least three different “clinics” lead back to this same address. Very shady!

I felt their compassion and understanding. They assisted me in a timely manner and I felt comfortable along the way.

Called to schedule an appointment this morning for a procedure and the female that answered was very condescending. I’ll go to planned parenthood, no woman wants to be coming to your office for these kinds of procedures with nasty and rude staff. L

I needed emergency help and called their office in hopes that they would be able to schedule me the same day, and they did without any problems. I appreciate such prompt response, compassion, and understanding that they showed me. Best in the area.

I would give this place a 5 star because I’ve been there before an the service were amazing. Unfortunately this last time I visited the entire experience from start went very smoothly the nurses along with the doctors an surgeon were amazing. The part that was not appealing to me was the recovery room where one of the nurse started shaking me an telling me in a very aggressive tone “you have to get up you have to get up an get off the bed” I felt like that was very inconsiderate knowing I was placed under anesthesia an I needed time to revive myself before getting up to walk. Not only did she make me stand up an I almost fainted rushing me up off the bed after I told her I can’t walk. She then heard the aggression in my voice an offered to put me back to lay down to revive myself.I wish I was able to get her name unfortunately I didn’t. But she left a bad taste in my mouth after I walked out of their. experience overall is really good just need to work on the workers coming to work on time. An appointment shouldn’t be at 7am as the first 3 patients then to be seen at 9:30am for some reason the patient have to pay for the employees lateness. No good!!

Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. From the initial call to the visit and treatment itself all went great. They answered my questions and were very grateful. The pill procedure was a rough experience in general but they definitely made it more bearable. Very good service.

Was referred here for non-surgical, was lucky to have a very understanding and supportive doc. She explained everything in detail, as well as told me what to expect and how I would feel. The office is nice, very clean, and actually cozy. Everyone was gentle and kind too. Thank you.

If you have to get an abortion, DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT go here. Go to planned parenthood in manhattan, they can get everything done in one day/visit. This place in brooklyn had me come back 2 times and wanted me to come a 3rd time for a procedure i knew i was too early on in pregnancy to need. This place just added problems to my life that i didn’t need, and planned parenthood was such a better and smoother experience compared to this place. i 1000% reccomemd the manhattan location. they were very caring with patients and had everything done in a timely manner with an appointment. I could have saved myself an extra two weeks if I just went there first. All I need to say. Do what you want, but this place wasn’t it. And the front desk girl was so rude too, another worker had to take her in the back for her attitude and they also argued right infront of me. I just don’t need to deal with extra drama and planned parenthood was much more professional.

Hi please beware of this place. I got an abortion there about a month ago. They were super aggressive and told me to shutup and stop crying. I then begged them not use anything to put me to sleep they refused and chained my hands and feet down while I was crying and did it without my consent. They then called me yelling saying I didn’t tell them I needed a rhogam shot (how am I supposed to know this…) then they sent me letter saying I have a life threatening disease but when I called they refused to let me speak to the doctor… I had to beg them to transfer my medical records to a different doctor. Stay far away stick with planned parenthood

The front desk was rude. I asked to speak to a manager, she said no and hung up.

Honestly, I felt bad about having a termination. They gave me no judgment whatsoever. Very detailed on how the process goes. The clinic was clean and I made real connections with other girls who were also there.

Visiting this clinic, I was initially apprehensive. However, the level of professionalism and compassion shown by the staff reassured me. They provided good service and answered all my questions clearly, which put me at ease.
