Do not use them. We rented a white Lamborghini for a wedding over a month in advance. Jake told us the car would be there on time when I confirmed with them multiples times. 3 days before the wedding they told us the car was unavailable and would downgrade us to a Mclaren. I had no choice but to go with them as this was 3 days before the wedding. When the driver came to deliver the car he was an hour late, the car was not clean, and he told us that the Lamborghini had been TOTALED for a while and it was still booked for us. They refused to give us a discounted rate on the new car and charged us the price of a Lamborghini for a lower tier car. DO NOT USE THEM.
Customer is salty because he lost the dispute with his credit card because all evidence and contracts were provided. He was asked if he was okay with the Mclaren prior to the booking and sent photos and was more than happy to take it for the wedding. He waited over a week after to ask for a $300 discount which was obviously refused by us. No issues were brought up until after a week past the rental was over. Then he tried to dispute the entire rental amount instead of just the $300 he was asking for, but like i said, his credit card didn't agree with the crying either.
Stay away from this company. They are crooks and liars. I booked the Bentley through them for our son's wedding. This was done 4 to 6 weeks in advance. We had the car for the day though we needed it until about 2PM. I also booked a separate car for my mom to come to the ceremony. I received a call the morning of the wedding to be told they did not realize the venue was 1 hour from my mom's house though this information was provided 1 week in advance with reminders in between. They did not look at the pickup and drop off locations until the morning of. I was told the car for my mom (Maybach) could not wait for 4 hours until the ceremony ended. This was also made clear from the beginning. No contract was ever sent by the company for this car. I asked if we could use the Bentley in that case to drop her back and Omat (owner) said yes. While the wedding ceremony is going on, the owner started shanaigans saying the Bentley would be leaving at 2 PM (it left at 130 without us being told). We had to use another car (a guest's) for another small ceremony after the wedding. We needed the Bentley for this. Each and every detail was provided by text messages with Omar (he agreed to everything) well ahead of the wedding day. However, during the ceremony the chaos started with both cars. Highly unprofessional people. On top of that they lie nonstop. Omar keeps talking about a partner however there is no partner. Jake is an employee and Omar is the sole proprietor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are less expensive than others but will play games and sabotage your day.
Vaishali, you got your services for free becuase you were threatening to dispute charges for services provided. Your mother, the elderly woman, was disrespectful to the driver from the moment she was picked up. You were trying to claim that you had the car booked for the whole day when a couple days prior you asked how much for two extra hours and then decided against it because it was too much, yet you tried to squeeze us to stay at the venue without paying for the extra hours. You spoke nasty to the employees and the owner and you felt entitled to having us go to the ends of the earth for free. Well congrats, this was on the house so not sure how you are leaving a review since you aren't even a paying customer. There is nothing more to say, your and your mother's horrible entitled attitudes will catch up to you eventually. Also you are factually incorrect there are 2 partners in this business, it is not a sole proprietorship. Please get your facts straight before posting nonsense on the internet. You are clearly unhappy with life, maybe therapy will do you well, or maybe continuing to dispute charges for things that were given will make it better for you. As far as being liars i can't speak on that but definitely not crooks, you got the bookings for free so if anything we're a charity lmaoo.

Amazing company, top tier service from Omar & Jake. Great fleet. Maybach is very comfortable and accessible for private driving / airport transfers. Highly recommend for executive bookings and for hosting guests in the NYC / NJ area. Will definitely be looking to request their other cars in fleet sometime for fun such as the rolls royces :).
