I used BR Needham when getting my first mortgage on my own. Then I wanted to add my partner 3 years later and tried to do it ourselves. We failed miserably and ended up not meeting the renewal deadline. We were then having to pay a fortune. So I messaged Chris again and it was like it had only been a few weeks, since we last spoke. Chris and Debbie made the process of finding a mortgage for our first home easy and stress free. From the very start, Chris put us at ease by answering our questions, arranging calls and video meetings to discuss our options and helping us to genuinely find the best quote for us. Even once we had agreed on a bank and received a draft deed, he still continued to search for better interest rates, when he really didn't need to, which we hugely apprecaite as he has saved us a lot of money. Chris' communication throughout has also been outstanding. He contacted us regularly, keeping us informed and still does now to check everything is going through okay, asking whether we need anything. He has always spoken to us professionally and respectfully too and has built a strong relationship of trust with both myself and my partner. As a first time buyer, I couldn't recommend Chris anymore.
