BR Needham have been brilliant!! Both Chris and Debbie have been fantastic in helping me secure the right mortgage for me. They were always on hand to advise and answer any questions I had as a first time buyer. Even after they have secured the mortgage, they are regularly checking in and offering help in other areas of the buying process.

Chris has helped me with the purchase of my first property as a sole owner and made this experience so easy at a difficult time. He has constantly been on hand, responded to emails in a timely manner and he also went through everything so that I understood each step of the process. I would highly recommend Chris!

Chris is absolutely fantastic and I honestly cannot rate him highly enough. He is incredibly responsive and always got back to me really quickly, his team replied quickly and they were also superb. I used BR Needham when getting my first mortgage on my own. Then I wanted to add my partner 3 years later and tried to do it ourselves. We failed miserably and ended up not meeting the renewal deadline. We were then having to pay a fortune. So I messaged Chris again and it was like it had only been a few weeks, since we last spoke. He was so helpful, friendly and got us a great deal a.s.a.p. I can't recommend BR Needham enough! They have helped several of my family members too with their mortgage. Fantastic company and team!

You wont get any help from these guy's!! Chris came very highly recommend from my sister, sadly we didn't get the same treatment!! After having a great phone call with Chris and explaining that we had not had much contact from our past mortgage adviser which was why we were looking for someone else. Chris had said that he and his team would always stay in touch and always there to answer any questions etc well after only asking for my husbands work contract and nothing else, we heard nothing back from chris and we're still waiting!! It's been over 6 weeks since we have heard from him, and now we have had to find yet another advisor due to lack of communication and common decency to stay in touch. I would have understood if there was nothing chris could find for us right now and said what we could do, but completely ignoring someone is an absolute joke. Save your time and energy and find someone who will actually replay back to you.
